Brain and Spine Problems

My father aged 55 is experiencing vertigo since 10 days mainly every morning after wakeup first 7 days responded well with vertin 16 od but since last 2 days even vertin 16 BD is not helping much and even in evening vertigo is happening. Around 8 months back his brain MRI (regular checkup) and everything normal in brain showed right ear chronic mastoiditis though no other symptoms like ear discharge, pain ,redness, swelling present. He has hypertension but no medication running right now  though we will start soon and were taking readings( remains 140-150/85-95 in morning and 135-145/80-90 in evening ) . He also has cervical spondylosis (neck pain and shoulder pain since 1 year). Earlier also occasionally he got vertigo but once in 1-2 month only but now regular since 10 days. So tell whether we need to evaluate incidental MRI findings of RIGHT CHRONIC MASTOIDITIS or not needed as vertigo linked to Hypertension or Cervical or mastoiditis??? Heard mastoiditis can progress as well??

Hi Doctor, Today when wake up and tried to sit i was feeling dizzy and my head was spinning and body was become cold and chills throughout body. We rushed to hospital and checked the ecg which was normal  and bp at that time was 140/80 But I still feel lightheaded, what could be issue as I feel neck pain and shoulder pain from long time.

Can you tell me in detail about the CT scan report, diagnosis and how long will it take to recover for her

Hello doc, In 2021 furniture table leg  fell back on my head very hard. Till now I didn't face any symptoms of concussion or any other symptoms associated with. I didn't done any ct scan till date. Will it cause any future sudden complication without knowing any symptoms?? Should I go for a ct head??

I am having migraine headache.. but suddenly my both eyes becomes blurry vision which sometimes looks like spots..or ziz zaz vision or lines..which lasts for 10mintues. Dan it's comes normal eyesight.. when migraine occur pain in forehead and eyes becomes severe..

Lately I have been making a mess when I brush. I don't seem to brush carefully to not let toothpaste fall on my shirt and hence make a mess. My whole habits have changed. Spilling curry on shirt while eating for example. And when I am in this careless state I generally get sort of dull pressure in my head forehead and temples. I also cannot enjoy anything when I am in this state only engage in low effort activities and even that I do not perform carefully. I lose my concentration attention ability and do all things in sort of haze. Recalling something is difficult either because I wasn't paying attention or overall impaired ability to recall. feel as if my brain has become dormant.

Hi I went to a hospital in pune with my symptoms which are similar to GBS Which is left hand finger pin and needles pain , sometimes leg pain. 1 week before loss of balance So he said it's not the symptoms of GBS and he asked me to stretch his hand and said see u can easily stretching it So tell me is he right

My father aged 77 years underwent cervical lamenactomy surgery for c3 to c7 in Dec 25. Post op he lost limb power in both arms and legs including diaphragm. He was on ventilator support for 3 weeks but thankfully recovered after 2nd surgery and is able to breath through tracheostomy. how long did it take to regain power in limbs. He is undergoing physio therapy twice a day
