Brain and Spine Problems

After 13 years of exposure I'm testing for syphilis . I tested negative TPHA twice and vdrl once. Is this conclusive ? I have had sleep apnea like symptoms and sleeping problems for the past 4 years but sleep test showed no central sleep apnea , my brain MRI is normal . But recently I had a cold and fever in December following which I fainted and I'm experiencing a  whole lot of neurological symptoms my neurologist thinks they're psychosomatic. Im worried if it's neurosyphillis. I have had two TPHA negatives , do I need to go for CSF ?

Is it safe to take magnesium glycinate 550mg tablet once a day for depression,  anxiety and migraine. Please reply 🙏

History: I work in a bank, keeps travelling. I have medical history of gallbladder removal through Lapro in 2018 and laparoscopic appendectomy in 2016. I'm having tightness around my neck some days and having headaches around sides and back. Sometimes behind the eyes. Usually I don't care much about headaches take a dart and move on. Last few months I'm getting irritant sometimes dull due to these headaches which stay for 1 to 3 days. I'm unable to focus on my work.

Hi i am had a very bad headache a year back and i went to the neurologist who prescribed me these medicines a year back. Recently i am experiencing the same extreme headache mainly on the left side and also in the whole head accompanied by a nausea urge to vomit and weakness. I took these prescribed medicines but my headache is the same as before with less weakness.. Hefnac P is not working for me. What should I do?
