Brain and Spine Problems

My father(aged 84) suffering from Parkinson's disease. Doctor given syndopa plus one thrice in a day. Xafinact 50, leverà 500 twice daily. He is bedridden. His all other parameters are normal. For backside rigidity and stiffness doctor given synaptol 150 half twice daily. But after taking it night sweating and weakness, drowsiness observing. Can I give it to him?will I continue it or it is for short term use..

From a week I am feeling pain in left side of my head.. If I touch the skull also itz paining.. I feel something moving in it.. Chewing some also cause pain.. From 2 days I evn got white white patch in my throat.. But the headache n 99.5 fever is persistent.. Is it because of this throat infection or any other issue

Doctor sir, sometimes I suddenly feel weak and dizzy and I have pain on the left side of my head or sometimes I have pain in the entire head and I suddenly feel like vomiting and sometimes I suddenly feel like crying and if I do not cry, then my mood remains off the whole day, I do not feel like talking to anyone and feel like staying alone and sometimes if I feel tired and even after that I try to do some work then my hands start trembling and I felt that my emotions fluctuate very offen .

Two years ago, my mother (47) was diagnosed with arthritis, which is now under control with ongoing treatment. Her arthritis medications include Methotrexate 20 mg weekly, Folic acid 5 mg twice weekly, Hydroxychloroquine 200 mg OD, Vitamin D3 60k monthly, Calcium and Vitamin D tablet OD, Paracetamol 650 mg SOS, Tramadol 37.5 mg SOS. Three months ago, she developed a tingling sensation throughout her body and head tremors. A neurosurgeon conducted a CECT brain scan, which was normal but indicated nerve weakness. She was treated for three months, but symptoms returned after stopping medication. She now experiences head tremors, tingling, restlessness, and rapid blood flow sensations. She was on medications for this:- Brivaracetam 50 mg, Duloxetine 20 mg, Tetrabenazine 25 mg, Trihexyphenidyl 2 mg, Coenzyme Q10 with supplements, and Rabeprazole with Levosulpride. and The rheumatologist confirmed these symptoms are unrelated to arthritis.

Hi I am using anxiety last two years I have anxiety medicine last 20days I am feeling dizzy last 10 days I used vertin 16 last 10 days but not cure Kindly suggest any medication

Parkinsonism patient on Syndopa plus earlier on Syndopa 110 mg half tablet 4 times a day , Brevipil 50 mg twice a day , donep 5 , Serta 25 morning and quitipine 12.5 mg in the night . Experiencing frequent falls especially after urination since last 2 month s.

Can you please have a look into this report and suggest some medications or any other treatments if required. Sometimes she feels very minor light burning in the Head but not major

Focal annular disc bulge at c6-c7.. Having pain in the neck and shoulder..and also slight numbness from 5-6 weeks..what is the treatment for this ..and how long does it take to recover from this..?

I feel extreme pressue, tension, stress or weird feeling at right back side of my head. Coz of this I feel sudden falling down, sudden jerk, neck vibrates to the right side whn ever I m focusing to the camera and also  in various tensed situation.
