Can NCCT Brain and fondus Eye examination miss something Malignant like Glioblastoma ?

I've been having chest pains radiating to other parts of the body for over a year and last year April 7,2024 I had a sudden severe pain on top of my head like a ballooning with bad smell in the nose and severe pain. I have been on Propranolol 30 mg ever since for my headache and chest pains. Had done tests too that came normal but I was diagnosed with iron deficiency anaemia. A few days ago whilst exercising on the exercise bike for only 10 minutes I started having chest pain radiating to left arm sweating and breathlessness. Did Homocysteine blood test and it was elevated 14.87. Soon after I started having chest pains again frequently, Started iron supplement for anaemia and now the headache on top of my head where the ballooning had happened is also back exactly same spot and there is pain and tenderness there. What to do? I am taking Propranolol 30 mg, Telma 20, Homin, FAA 20, Alamin M Forte, Ubicube, Cactus Grandiflorus everyday. What to do to resolve my issues completely and soon?

Hi doctor, I got hit in my ear. For few seconds I felt like my ear was closed or clogged same as how it feels when too much water goes into the ear. Then it became normal again. After that my mom put amruthanjan in my ear with cotton. May I know your opinion on this. And sometimes I used to have high prolactin levels in my blood test. Could you please tell me about it.

My mother,P.Nagamani has been suffering from L4-L5 posterior annular tear with diffuse disc bulge since 2021. After taking physiotherapy treatment she is doing her work at home but without support she is still unable to walk Especially outside and on tiles floor and her feet are still paining with more pain concentrated on right side . Medicines used:Baclofen,Zacy MR-4, Nervofit CD-3 . I humbly request you to kindly suggest me regarding further treatment of my mother.I enclose her MRI and nerve conduction reports for reference .In addition to that recently she is experiencing pain even in neck region and X-ray revealed degeneration there also .So is this a case of peripheral neuropathy or multiple screlosis as nerve conduction report showed demyelination? Please clarify if possible.

Experiencing weakness and pain in the left muscles of my body. When i exercise, i cannot feel any of the muscles working and i end up with a lot of joint pain. The weakness.gets worse sometimes and i can't walk sometimes because of that and I have to hop around on one leg or limp. This has been happening for more than a year and it's been slowly getting worse and worse.
