Hello Doctor, My elder brother (35 yrs) was diagnosed with Grade III Anaplastic Astrocytoma (IDH-negative) in the left temporal lobe. He had awake craniotomy in 2021, followed by radiation and chemotherapy (TMZ). In 2024, the tumor progressed to the right medial temporal lobe. Salvage chemo (TMZ/CCNU) had to be stopped due to an allergic reaction. One cycle of Bevacizumab was given in April 2025 with some response, but symptoms like speech issues, facial heaviness, and memory decline have worsened. Tata Memorial has now suggested radiation again, though with possible side effects. I’m seeking suggestions—any further treatment options, clinical trials, or doctors/hospitals in India we should consider? We are ready to travel. Thank you.

Hello, post c section delivery my bp suddenly got raised and Dr advised me prolomet am 25 mg, I took for 5 long years with regular checkups.. but one day suddenly I got panic attack in the morning, then many episodes of attack in day as well night time, due to which I cudnt sleep whole night, I went cardiologist nearby for emergency, he did echo n tmt and said u don't have any heart issues, u should see physiatrist for anxiety, then I visited physiatrist he gave me Venlor XR 35.5 mg. I m feeling fine now, I have discontinued prolomet Am 25 mg. Was I got confused with high bp and anxiety? And wrong diagnosis was done before and took high bp medicines instead of anxiety medicines?

Dear Sir/Madam, I have been suffering from neck and back muscles pain since last one year, it's very discomfort for my every day work, feeling like dizziness and feels like I faint, when I sit down for eating position bending neck down... Blood pressure increases on standing ... I don't why all this happening.. When ever I see down the paint starts and weeks my entire body.. For some time... In year 2019,i had an injury and got a lumbar mild disc bulge,i took treatment and i was pain free,in january 2024 i started having lower back pain radiating to one leg again.In april 2024 i started having cervical pain alongwith radiating hand pain.in april 2025 i started having severe mid back pain.I don't know what's happening with me.please help me as most of the doctors only prescibe pain medications and never tell what is happening with me and as soon as i stop the tablets this pain starts again.

My father of age 63 years had brain aneurysm...last month he was diagnosed with it. I had dns with maxillary and ethmoid sinusitis from past 14 yrs and migraine from past 5yrs I'm feeling tightness on top of head i took complete vitamins and mineral ( calcium phosphorus magnesium vit d zinc vit b12 iron)test among all those i got Vitd=28ng/ml and iron=36ug/ml and vit b12=289pg/ml this tightness feeling could be what reason does these def cause this for me everytime iron levels are too low
