Brain and Spine Problems

Dear Doctor, I m 37 years old woman, i have pain in my neck and head, since 1 month, its not severe and also feeling like pressure on head and neck. Sometime the pain go by itself. No other symptoms like vomiting and seizure. Now i am noticing that i I am not giving other to complete there sentences , i talk in the  middle of the conversation whenever i talk on the phone. Its very difficult to me to understand this. Please tell me what could it be. I am scaring of brain tumor. Please reply 🙏

I have frequent knocking sound in the head with mild to moderate headache.Is that a symptom of impending stroke?What tests I should do to diagnose my ailment?

Every time unconscious . Cheats pain and  in move . Health is very good but I feel weakness . Some time I feel sleepy.

I am having virtigo since last one week and head is spinning along with vomiting tendancy. Also I feel heaviness in my eyes. And I was feeling a continuous buzzing sound in my ears. Was taking Vertin 16 mg twice then thrice a day but was not helping much hence doctor suggested me to take Decmax 8 mg. I have taken one tablet now. My question is that is Decmax safe during breast feeding? My baby is 9 months old and I am breast feeding. Can there be side effect of this medicine on my baby?

Hi. I got severe cold a couple of days back. The next day fever started with headache. Yesterday n today, fever has reduced but head feels like heavy with eyelids swelling too. Is it sinusitis?? Vision also feels like dim to me...pls pls help me with this...even during sleep m having this headache...

Recently I was diagnosed with typhoid. I was have fever that was ON and OFF throughout the day and very severe headache continuously that continued even after taking Crocin 650. Now I have completed my typhoid medications still I have pain on the back side of my head where the neck starts and it is continuing till the back of my eyes. The pain is not same every time it increases when I move my head and it's not there at all when I am still. What could be the possible cause?

My age is 22 and my MDR-TB treatment is from last 5 month and suffering from peripheral Neuropathy (tingling and numbness in feet, pain like needle, loss of feel). This is happening because of Linezolid 600mg tablets and other tb medicines. Because of this I'm not able to sleep, or seat calmly. Can anyone please help me to get relief from peripheral Neuropathy

The pain from the bottom of the back to the top of the back with a light dizziness, occasionally pain in the back and forehead of the head. Nausea, physical balance seems to be disrupted, especially when I ride a bike. Hands and legs are covered. If there is a little tension or any pressure work, the whole body is lightly linked.

Is it essential to be empty stomach to do MRI OF WHOLE SPINE? Or after eating also MRI OF WHOLE SPINE CAN BE DONE??

Why do i get headache almost everyday. It covers my jaw, ear and head, sometimes right side or left side. I have done treatment for migrain aswell for 3 months but still feels very uncomfortable because of this pain.
