I have uploaded reports please tell me treatment and medicine as my grandmother is facing total vision loss, imbalance while walking,neck pain , sometimes memory loss problem

I take magnesium supplements for better sleep ... (magnesium glycinate 2000 mg eq. To elemental magnesium 440 mg ) two times a day ..is it ok to take this much dose per day..?

I have a really severe pain shooting up from my left lower back to the toes of my left leg. I also have some numbness and a little less movement in the toes of my left foot when compared to my right; I've had lower back pain for almost the past two years but this condition only occurred a week ago. My MRI report says: Disc desiccation with postero and left para central disc protrusion at L4L5 level compressing upon thecal sac and abutting left sided nerve root (Thecal sac diameter: 08.00mm at L4 L5) I wasn't even able to move for a few days and needed assistance even for going to the washroom but now the pain has decreased by a bit and I'm able to walk a little myself without assistance, but the pain is still there in my ankle and hip along with the numbness. I don't want to opt for surgery and I want to get better without it can someone please help me with a piece of advice so that I can recover as much and as quickly as I can? Thank you

For the past few days, my mom has been experiencing pain in the ball of her foot (just below the toes) and in her calf after standing for at least 30-40 minutes. Using a massage gun provides temporary relief, but the pain returns soon after. What could be the possible causes, and which specialist should we consult for a proper diagnosis and treatment?

For the past month, I have started experiencing unusual pain in my legs. I got my whole body tested and my uric acid came out to be 7.6. took medication (febusat 40)for it and two days back got tested again and the levels are 5.7 now. But for the last month, the pain in my legs is still there. sometimes the pain is dull and is present in the back of my thighs. Sometimes sharp pain is there in the calves. Sometimes my feet are hurting. Sometimes there is pain in my knees also. Yesterday the pain  was of a shooting type and it's in my calves and backside of the thighs. Sometimes my feet feel burning sensations also. My mchc levels are slightly elevated (37.7). It's not a major pain but it's causing me discomfort. I took Ibuprofen for the pain also 2 times. I don't know why it's happening. Please guide and I'll connect with the doctor with a good response.

Hi sir since two yrs some times I get sudden dizziness one type of feeling after that I get head ache inves done bp RBS Fbs ppbs ecg echo ct brain eeg every thing is normal Headache i get often when I get headache i feel very angry if any one talks loudly i feel to hit them i feel comfortable in dark place What might be the cause of dizziness and Head ache

Sir my age is 23 , sometimes when I walk and stop them sudden I feel my breathing frequently bloating fast in circular way and comes up to neck , I sudden feel nervousness , My ECG, ULTRASOUND, CHEST XRAY, CBC, LFT, RFT, THYROID, LIPID PROFILE, ELECTROLYTES TEST, ENDOSCOPY, HBsAG, HIV all test are normal and no addiction of Smoking or Alcohol, i consult with 4 pulmonologist they use stethoscope and say all are normal , please sir reply me what this actually is ,

Sir have severe headache with insomnia along with mood up and down and the pg doctor recommended cinod 10mg after taking that ninetyseven percent of my headache gone can I take that on long term daily evening is there any harm but still my blood pressure is normal before medication
