Brain and Spine Problems

I have migraine problems since school days. But wearing helmet was not a problem but from some months, when I travel in bike as pillion i get head pressure wearing it, feeling out of breath and really uneasy which causes me panic. But recently i realised these symptoms even if i just wear helmet at home. It happens even with half helmet. And also when going on bike, i feel like my eyes goes dizzy, causing me Anxiety. What could be issue and how to fix it

Hi. I accidentally hit my top of head on wall which is like under stairs. Stairs below teri was a space wen I bend n took. I juz hardly hit head. Tat day I felt pain. Then no pain so I left it. Should I see ultra sound. Already I'm facing psychology problem lik. Couldn't handle family stress.

I had a lower back injury while lifting something heavy 1.4 months back. After that i had a dull back pain. I dont have any sharp or radiating pain. I can do all exercises normally. Initially pain was left lower bsck but now it has shifted ro right mostly. Sometimes its constant. I started physio 2 days back. Did some stretches. Tightness jn thig is gone. But i am feeling tightness jn calf and knee area in right leg. I also feel a burning sensation sometime in bottom of right foot. What could be the reason ?

My sister got bells palsy and recovery wes good .. recovered ...she was in dammam in April ... doctor there said everything is ok..but headache was not resolving and hairfall started in May last week...she returned back to hyd.. consult a neurologist here in hyd...her bp when check up was meant 2 days before 136/80... doctor prescribed tab sebelium 50 mg...1 time... Tab obenta cd3 1 time...and pacimol act for pain...and not said for any scan and to review after 1 month..for what thes tab are use... anything serious issue is there..

I have too much pain in right foot  burning sensation and swelling it pains alot . Same in left thumb of hand. Dnt knw how it connect. Help please

I have noticed from few months that my upper lip is moving in.excess while speaking due to which my facial expressions are very bad. Also my upper lip comes outward while talking and leads to a abnormal mivement

I'm mostly forgetting everything. I'm a new person daily. Even wat I thought to do yesterday I forget. Only if I note it down I can know. Should I check wat is my problem. I donno to explain. But I'm not conscious with wat I'm doing. Simple house chores feel big task to completely. N wondering how all planning everything. I'm afraid how I'm gonna bring up my 4 year old daughter. I'm I'm above 60 ok age problem. Y I'm like this I donno. But faced many problems in life. So in tat pain I couldn't manage everything in day today routine. Last week one sister saw me n told my name. I couldn't recall her who she is.

After rct my head is pain at that side...but x ray of rct is normal...but still I feel discontinue pain in one side of head and neck pain...

Since last 2 months, once or twice in the whole day , I feel buzzing , vibration, numbness and tingling in my less accompanied by pain sometimes. And also my palms and fingers exert heat and vibrate as well. Why is this happening ? Please suggest any treatment!!
