L4,L5-S1 Disc BuldgeIssue
I have a known L5-S1 disc bulge, and recently I’ve been experiencing hand pain, particularly in the morning after waking up. The pain feels pinching and shifts between wrist and fingers, resembling a nerve-related discomfort. However, NCV tests of all four limbs came back normal, and Vitamin B12 levels are also normal. I wanted to ask:
1. Could this hand pain be connected to the L5-S1 disc bulge, or is it likely a separate issue?
2. How long does such nerve-related recovery typically take, assuming it’s posture-related or due to inflammation?

Hemifacial Spasm
I am 26 years old male with hemifacial spasm which somehow got triggered when I was 10yrs old and never left my body. I tried everything since then going to an ophthalmologist, psychiatrist, psychologist, neurologist but they all gave me just some sort of medication for their own satisfaction. I want a permanent solution. People are not able to diagnose it properly. I have the MRI Brain with contrast films .I had my blood work done. I need a solution!

Seizure in a premature baby
Respected Doctor,
My baby had a seizure for about 30 seconds when he was 1 year and 10 months old, and he had a high fever (103°F) at that time. He was admitted to the hospital, and an EEG was done which came out positive. MRI showed: "Few discrete symmetric T2/FLAIR hyperintensities are seen in bilateral periventricular white matter in peritrigonal region with normally myelinated low T2 signal white matter between these high signal patches and lateral ventricles."
He was prescribed Levera syrup (1 ml twice daily).
Now it has been 1 year with no seizure recurrence. He is physically active and growing well.
My humble question is — can we stop Levera syrup now, or should we continue the medication ( medicine quantity ml ?) ?
My child is currently 2 years and 10 months old.
