Brain and Spine Problems

I’ve been experiencing mucus buildup in my left nostril near the eye for the past 3 years. There’s a nasal bend on the right side, and I suffer frequent nosebleeds from both nostrils—mostly clotted, but recently more active bleeding, especially from the right. I also feel pain in both nostrils and had a severe headache with exhaustion since yesterday. Though the bleeding has currently stopped, the pain and fatigue remain. I live in a hostel and can’t visit a clinic, so I’m seeking guidance on what this could be and how to manage it.

I have a headache at the back of the head. It occurs 2 years before when I stopped going gym for more than a week. Last year, October I started having the same headache and it stopped after I started sleeping. It kind of throbbing headache when painful more. I had a chronic neck issue in the year 2018 to 2021. After taking tablets for 6 months, somehow it stopped and I started going gym. Now the headache is occurring frequently. If I stopped going gym, the pain is starting. Please advise. If I'm going gym regularly there is no pain but I'm getting tired. Please note that I got advise from both the doctors stating that this is a migraine issue and asked for taking medicine. Please advise

My son had ultrasonography of skull and brain at 6 months of age due to head circumference of 45 cm and weight of 6.8 kg Report summary : Lateral Ventricles are prominent . However are normal in shape and configuration . Biventricular diameter = 41/122 = 0.3 = is at upper limit of normal range. However No periventricular ooze/ edema seen. Should we go for a repeated scan or should we wait .

Hi All I am getting left hand tingling pain intermittently..earlier I used to get mild pain in left hand ..now pain is not there but sharp tingling

My father is diagnosed with hemicranial headache. He is suffering from past 6-7 months. He had undergone angioplasty with 4 stents a year back. He is regularly taking medications and follow ups. However this new problem is really impacting his quality of life. Medications prescribed- tryptomer 25, Gabapantin extended release 300, Neuracetam plus apart from regular post angioplasty medications. However these neuro medicines are not providing any relief to his suffering. Reports- His MRI had shown slight cervical spondylitis, rest all reports were normal. Kindly guide me on this. What should be done?
