Brain and Spine Problems

Hello I'm 37 male.I have health issues from last 2 years which mainly involve pain starting from back of the head to neck to whole spine and spreading to both legs. In March 2023 I got diagnosed with high blood sugar and fatty liver. I felt issues like burning sensation, heavy shoulders and few others around that time. Still I felt better within a month. But later from May 2023 I had a sharp pointing like pain in the back of my head making me feel sick sometimes and from there it has spread like a disease in my body. From May 23 to Feb 2024, the pain spread to my legs, again started in head, then to neck area and later to whole spine. After Feb 2024 till today problem is there in a recurring way , with pain high n low every day. I have good consultations within this time period, including Brain MRI and other test in may 23 only, in April 24 again spine MRI. My sugar has been under control and other test reports are ok. Not any major issue. But this problem is 24x7 with me. Plz help.

Dear dr pls help Since 2022, I have been experiencing sudden jerks (convulsions) followed  episodes of unconsciousness behoshi. These episodes typically occur under stressful or emotionally overwhelming situations. Timeline of Episodes:2022-1epi 2023 – 1 episode 2024 – 2 epi 2025 – 4episodes so far (January, March2timeand May) 1. Most episodes begin with sudden body jerks (like electrical shocks) and then I lose consciousness for about 30 minutes to 1 hour, with no memory of what happened during that time. CT brain Headn done 4time normal,eeg normal 2. One such type of jerk occurs yesterday.Jerks mostly occur like this during normal activities — even while drinking water, using a phone, or doing daily work. During such times, objects fall from my hands, and I feel unable to continue any task. Sometimes, these jerks last for 2–4 hours and settle on their own. few cases, the jerks remain frequent and spontaneous. After the episode, I feel confused and have no memory alsohas ocd history

Diffuse posterior bulge C3-4, C5-6 ,C6-7 indenting subaracnoide space posterior bulge with medium size posterocentral protrusion C4-5 compressing anterior subaracnoide. Brain Mri: few lacunar ischemic foci in the bilateral cerebral hemisphere

Last 1 year I am going through this problem where half part of my body is sweating left side where heart is ...losts of anxiety ...heat and unable to walk properly

I am 45 Y/O female. Have been diagnosed with cervical kyphosis I have tightness in my heaad (suboccipital muscle)due to which I am unable to hold my head  and do my work, which is badly impacting my quality of life.Underwemt physiotherapy for 1 month with stretching , strengthening exercises. 4;dry needling done but the tightness in the head didn't go away? What are other teatments available? Please help me Thanks in advance Sreevani

I took MRI brain for tinnitus and radiologist gave me a report like multiple t2 hyper intensities in periventricular juxtracortical centrum semiovale left putamen basal ganglia No gad enhancement But I have no symptoms except on and off tingling sensation like stocking glove pattern Csf done shows no oligoclonal bands My neurologist told me this is RIS Why its not Ms I am worried since they didn't start me treatment also as McDonald's criteria is not fulfilling

I'm feeling dizzy if I rub my neck. What causes it. My cervical spine CT had bone spurs and muscle spams

Hello docs, Ihavebeen continously facing this issue from past 3 months.I have cervical ofneck point pain behind neck and alsoback due to degeneration of bobes as per MRI report(attached).I have atleast have gone atleast 20 times to physiotherapist most of the times there always is stiffness in back muscles also I am seeing while walking and moving I loss balance everytime.I also have tinnitus in left ear from past 6 years butnow this also is loud Done ENT consulation also as per doctor audiological test is ok no nerve issue.My weight also decreased from 64kgs to 58 in only 3 months.Loosing interests in any activity irritability also Bp fluctuations is also there sometimes very high sometimes machine shows low.I am afraid of cancer now is cancer ruled out?? I am  hoping good consultation from you docs now thanks attached are all my reports etc.

15 days ago I suffered from three attacks of seizure after some time of each other before that I also had an attack of seizure a year ago but I ignored it but this time I thought to consult the doctor before seizure I hear a loud ringing sound in ear I have been getting this sound from two to three months ago but I was ignoring it thinking it of a tinnitus one but after that sound I become unconscious my eyes move back my body becomes stiff and I have tongue bite after getting conscious fir some time I become confused and does remember what happened during the incident as I consulted doctor they suggest me to get some tests of mri and CT scan done I got them done and the reports are normal so the doctor asked me to have the tableiof folic ,sodium valporate and calcical and I am taking them regularly twice and doctor has asked me to get an eeg done after 6 months but today again I heard a ringing sound in my ear I rubbed it so the sound disappeared but I started hearing voices no seizur

My 9 month old son neck leans to one side when in sitting position frequently when he is from 4 months old we have been doing physiotherapy sessions since when he is 7 months old .He is a pre term baby born at 32 weeks and3 days ,his corrected age now is 7 months and 20 days We have done multiple eye check ups and also ROP test and no issues have been found. Would like to understand if this is nuero related and how we can overcome this problem at the earliest thank you
