Brain and Spine Problems

I have been having severe headache (only on right lobe ) and nausea and there's been increase in weight as well as feeling tired and exhausted all the time

I woke up in the morning and had something like a seizure. First my vision went blank and fell down and started having seizure. It happened few months back and I went to a doctor and he told I have migraine. I stopped taking medications as the migraine headaches went away for months. I have had blank vision like this after getting up sitting for 30 mins

The Bun/Creatinine value is 23.16%. The reference level is 10-20. Is this ok? Any further tests require? Screenshot attached

Dear sir/ma'am, I am using Clonazepam + Escitalopram Oxalate daily at night for depression. Can I make MRI/CT scan while using the said tablets .

My father last month was suffering from severe headache.. vomiting..neck stiffness..we consult a general physician..gave tablet for 5 days..butnpain didn't gone ..so went neuro hospital had mri and dsa test... diagonised with cerebal brain aneurysm of 2 mm..gave medicine for 2 weeks...he is ok now..no pain...but doctor said for surgery...we are in dilemma...to do surgery or no.after surgery if any complications occur ..he had stop medicine..he is having no pain ..taking homeo treatment...he is not willing for surgery...so what to do now???

I get frequent migraines. Have been subscribed rizact 10 sos. Today I took rixact at 10 in the morning but my headache has not settled after 10 hrs also. Can I repeat another dose.

I experience headaches more often. I cannot tie tight pony or bun. I cannot wear hairbands or anything which feel tighten on my head gives me headaches. When I cry, I experience headaches and it last for whole day and would not even go away after an afternoon nap. I will feel relax only next morning. Help me with the diagnosis. Thanks in advance.

By profession, I am a designer. But I am unable to stand for  longer time and tough to suddenly stand and move. But I can sit on the ground and get up. If I work for a longer time and  drive a two wheeler for long-distance, I suffer severely for the next  day.

Suddenly, my father was diagnosed with non traumatic subdural haemorrhage. Please find the above report and give the best solution to get rid of it.

My new born child has MCM of size 17 mm. Can someone tell what to expect in future for this issue. Level 2 ultrasound was normal.
