My mother is taking generic version of Pregalin M75 for the last 7 months! She is not getting sleep if not taken! How long should the tablet be taken? Is it safe to be taken for lifelong or should it be stopped?

I am experiencing really severe pain in the right side of my head,face,neck and arm. Experiencing throbbing kind of pain. Feels like someone continuously hammering my head. Eye pain is also there. I consulted a doctor for this, she said I have an acute migraine with aura. As my headache gets really bad when any one of the 5 senses gets triggered.

There are many levetiracetam brand names available from different manufacturers here. Livpil, levenue, levespy, levera, levesam, keppra. Which one do you suggest and have you noticed a certain brand with the least side effects related to memory, sleep & irritability? Is there any that doesn't cause the famous Keppra rage the anger issue and is better for memory & sleep? I read in the international market that their patients' side effects differ for the brand Keppra and the generic one, even the quality & effectiveness. Which one do you suggest here in India that's effective without causing much irritability, memory & sleep issues?

My mother recently attacked with brain stroke. After looking the MRI reports doctor said blood clot in brain. Could you please tell me what type of a brain stroke it is. Attached MRI report for your reference.

I am 35 yrs old female. Under treatment for ankylosing spondylitis and seronegative arithritis for the past 2 yrs.  1 yr back I had an episode of eyebrows drooping n lips drooping, unable to move them,  blood tests l l n brain MRI were done, results came negative, I was told it's bcoz of migraine. I started taking topiramate as advised. But I kept having these episodes, until this April, where along with eyebrow drooping, I had jaw locking, lips drooping, brain MRI and blood tests including  were done, everything is normal. Since then everyday this would happen,generally in evening. In May another episode happened, where additionally I had temporary limbs paralysis for 6 - 8 hrs, intermittent tight squeezing of upper body, rigidity n involuntary movements of hands n toes. Chest n Abdomen CECT, AchR, RNST, b12 tests came out normal. I have been told it's not neurological, rather psychological (FND). I have started taking etizolam 0.25 mg SOS, but I find no relief in symptoms. is it FND?
