There is one cyst developed in my foot. How to remove it. Any surgery required please suggest. Or it will not harmful please

I sometimes feel sudden feeling of getting a 'high' and then it takes some effort to consciously focus on the surroundings. This is accompanied by shortness of breath. Sometimes heavy headedness is also experienced especially after a workout or a jog. I was feeling dizziness symptoms few days ago, have monitored diet and it has helped. My routine blood tests - cbc, lft, kft, thyroid profile, sugar fasting and post food, lipid profile, urine culture, vitamins D and b12, hba1c, and the result was fine! I have pcod, and anxiety. Could this be any serious? I have a hectic lifestyle and I am stressed mostly. I have recently made changes to my diet as well. Do I need to consult in person and undergo more tests?

From quite few days my I feel restless or bechani in legs while sitting or while laying down this restlessness get worse at night and I could not sleep properly is this normal or should I consult with a doctor

I did all test CT, ECG,tmt,blood test..then doctor confirmed it's anxiety disorder after h pylori treatment.. it's eradicated successfully. I hv breathing issues, hyperventilation, and all anxiety symptoms like brain heart' palpitations zaps,shaking,etc Sometimes I feel very shaky, dizziness, light headed and rush or sudden hit in head I took psychiatrist medicine and cbt but medicine gave me lots of side effects When I wake I need to take deep breaths every 2 minutes and after wake up morning when I open eyes my breathing faster and hyperventilation..after sometime it's gone What's the posible cause of it?

After 13 years of exposure I'm testing for syphilis . I tested negative TPHA twice and vdrl once. Is this conclusive ? I have had sleep apnea like symptoms and sleeping problems for the past 4 years but sleep test showed no central sleep apnea , my brain MRI is normal . But recently I had a cold and fever in December following which I fainted and I'm experiencing a  whole lot of neurological symptoms my neurologist thinks they're psychosomatic. Im worried if it's neurosyphillis. I have had two TPHA negatives , do I need to go for CSF ?

Is it safe to take magnesium glycinate 550mg tablet once a day for depression,  anxiety and migraine. Please reply 🙏

History: I work in a bank, keeps travelling. I have medical history of gallbladder removal through Lapro in 2018 and laparoscopic appendectomy in 2016. Except these i have normal health, no suger or BP related complaints. Complain: last 2 days consistent mild headache, specially on the right side. Help me with solution.

Felt tremors in right arm and leg after 5 days of c section delivery. after tremors, i got a small seizure. i was admitted to hospital and doctor prescribed me levipil 250 twice a day for 3 years. But since this was first time experience and i am breastfeeding my newborn, i want a suggestion whether i actually need this medicine? what is the alternative? eeg study and ncs study is normal

I'm having tightness around my neck some days and having headaches around sides and back. Sometimes behind the eyes. Usually I don't care much about headaches take a dart and move on. Last few months I'm getting irritant sometimes dull due to these headaches which stay for 1 to 3 days. I'm unable to focus on my work.
