Brain and Spine Problems

Done MRI for brain as suffering from headache dizziness. Findings are 1. Few non specific T2 /FLAIR hyperintense foci are scattered in bilateral cerebral white matter predominantly in the frontal lobes. 2. Mild prominence of ventricles and bilateral sulcal spaces. What does it mean? Do I have to do MRA/MRV further?

My father 62 years old was told to get his brain MRI and angio done as suddenly after waking up his left hand was not working and having any movement. His angioplasty was done 12 years back. This is his brain mri and angio report. Can his hand become normal again as he drives rickshaw .Request you to pls guide me on this report. Multiple discrete T2-FLAIR hyperintensities not showing restricted diffusion or blooming on GRE are seen in bilateral fronto-parietal deep and periventricular white matter—s/o chronic ischemic changes. Mild diffuse cerebral atrophy with commensurate prominence of ventricles, cisterns and sulci. No e/o acute infarct, hematoma or space occupying lesion. Bulky thyroid gland with multiple variable sized altered signal intensity nodules within. USG thyroid correlation is recommended. No significant vascular narrowing is seen.

Feel two lumps on right low back when press with finger. Some tingling sensation and stiffness is there. 2 months ago I have done MRI and found cervical spondylitis. What to do to resolve this sensation in lowerback?

Hii, I am 23 years old. I am feeling numbness, tinkling, vibration all over my body for one year. But nowadays it's severe and I have a tinkling sensation in my head. I have a pain in my throat. I loss muscles all over my body even my face also. My skin turning into pale skin. Nowadays I have a tinkling sensation in my face. My skin is sagging. Before 1 month I consult a doctor. And taking blood, test sugar, tests B12 test. They said nothing wrong but my B12 level is low. So they provide some medicine for 15 days. I take it but no difference. The tinkling sensation numbness, vibration, loss of sensation problem still I have even severe. Afraid of my life. Also I want to tell you that I have a masturbation habit from my childhood . I can also tell you that excessive masturbation habit. So is it nerve damage? Treatable condition? Afraid of life.

Suffering from L4-5 and L5-S1 disc herniation, C4-5 disc bulge and L4-5 lumbar stenosis last one year. Backache and leg pain. No numbness present. Medications only metlin M-75. Now what should I do ? Please give some opinion 🙏

I am 35years old...I had high fever for 10days..my blood pressure was low 70/40..I took Azithromycin I had serious side effects..at night i had haluciation confusion i couldnt understand what's happening..after that I changed medicine...but various symptoms were there like i could not sleep..one after another images r coming..thpughts are coming..i was in confusion niw I m better than before..but I m unable to sleep I having tremor whenever I m sleeping..when I close my eyes..random thoughts coming i being alert observing all the thoughts..felling abnormal... every i m taking antibiotic anxiety medicine...taking that I m feeling depressed..what should I do...why these symtoms happening

Does neck pain muscular due to cervical spondylosis or inflammation in the cervical muscles have anything to do with vertebral arteries? Does this stiffness of neck muscles have any impact on blood supply to the brain in any way? Please guide correctly. Or neck muscles stiffness has no impact on vertebral arteries thus no effect on brain blood supply, especially in young population. Does it cause any circulation issues?

Hi doctor 2years back my wife got meningitis while 2mnths pregnant they gave 2weeks iv and mild antibiotics in NICU care hospital Hyderabad they did not do contrast mri due to pregnancy but did mri twice they said their mri are more advanced so that contrast can be skipped. Mri appear normal after two weeks she discharged we had a baby . but even after two years after it my wife still get headache back of head occasionally. when i checked local nuero she said by stress may be and prescribed pravanol 20mg can u suggest me what to do further becaz we are planning for second and i fear she will became weak again
