Does it have to be surgery ?if it is cure by medication and not by surgery .does it heal itself or not

I had MRI done for tinnitus found to have multiple t2 hyper intensities in periventricular/cortical/left basal ganglia/centrum semiovale I don't have any motor symptoms Contrast done shows no gad enhancement Csf reports pending My neurologist told me this is RIS Why it is not Ms?

My father in law has parkinson's disease, his condition is declining day by day drastically, he is on medication of parkinson's like sinedopa and pacitane and he is also having stool problems, sometimes loose motion and sometimes constipation. Hello my father got a brain hemmorghe 5 years ago.. it was treated with Burr Hole surgery, but even after 5 years he still suffers from epilepsy issues , even after taking medicine ,epilepsy last under 1 minute , it's minor but still concerning. As he loses control of his one side and doesn't remember anything like that happening.What will be the possible reason? And how is it curable?

I was diagnosed with pseudovertigo in the month of January and I was prescribed with medications like Duvanta 20,cognivel and zevert 16 (for emergency) along with vestibular exercises. I took the medicines for a month and then didn't go to the doctor again due to some reasons. Now I feel okay but sometimes I feel again that kind of dizziness while watching phone and in some kind of postures. What should I do?
