Brain and Spine Problems

My mom had a pain buttock to along leg pain in her right leg. She seems like in her buttock she had a cyst but this is internal problem so no one can saw it.. She can't sit properly not even sitting on bed.. Please give me some advice what should I do..

Hi, i have tingling problem since my childhood on my instep. I went to many doctor still issue is persist.entire day I'm facing this issue. I have tried acupressure, moisturised and Many thing but still having this issue. There is hardly any day when this tingling is not happening. Hello, I'm 44. My nipples have been very sensitive fir the last 2 months. Nothing helps. I have had a mammogram, Taken prolactin and thyroid tests, got myself Physically  examined too. It's all normal. I have c3 c4 disc issues and keep getting physio and ift on and off. Theres degenration. I  have Taken an mri as well.  Can the disc issues cause nerve sensitivity only in the nipples. I'd like to know what's causing it cos it's hampering my daily life. Please advise. Thank you.

I take magnesium supplements for better sleep ... (magnesium glycinate 2000 mg eq. To elemental magnesium 440 mg ) two times a day ..is it ok to take this much dose per day..?

I have a really severe pain shooting up from my left lower back to the toes of my left leg. I also have some numbness and a little less movement in the toes of my left foot when compared to my right; I've had lower back pain for almost the past two years but this condition only occurred a week ago. My MRI report says: Disc desiccation with postero and left para central disc protrusion at L4L5 level compressing upon thecal sac and abutting left sided nerve root (Thecal sac diameter: 08.00mm at L4 L5) I wasn't even able to move for a few days and needed assistance even for going to the washroom but now the pain has decreased by a bit and I'm able to walk a little myself without assistance, but the pain is still there in my ankle and hip along with the numbness. I don't want to opt for surgery and I want to get better without it can someone please help me with a piece of advice so that I can recover as much and as quickly as I can? Thank you
