Cervical Reactive adenopathy

I have lymp node of 14*7mm in neck area a month back it was 16*10mm.It reduced little in one month.They say reactive region is level 2,3,4..Rest my all reports are normal.My all usg is normal.I have pain in my neck area.I did xray of neck.it says straightening of neck with oestophytes..And minimal space reduction in c6c7..Do u think i Should Go for MRi for pain in neck..I am very worried for this pain.Though this pain doent radiates any other part of my body(hands,legs,head etc).i started taking physiotherapy and calcium supplements.My iron was low(40) so i started taking it supplements as well.I did usg for neck,breast and abdomen all are normal.I did tmt,echo n ecg for heart that came out to be normal as well.

Paralysis treatment

Findings: There is evidence of moderate sized hypodense area seen involving right posterior temporal and occipital region. There is gliotic area seen involving right cerebellar hemisphere and right high parietal region Few lacunar infarcts are seen in right centrum semiovale. Rest of the supra and infratentorial neuroparenchyma appears normal. No evidence of SOL, intraparenchymal haemorrhage or midline shift. No sellar- parasellar mass is seen. Ventricles, the cortical sulci and basal cisterns appear normal. The calvarial and the visualized facial bones, bilateral intra-orbital structures and the paranasal sinuses are unremarkable.
