Shallow right paracentral L3/4 disc
I attached my problem in the image. Still i am getting my back left leg in thigh and back of knees Doctor said problem is musclar like muscle weakness. For the attached problem what should i avoid doing things and for how many days. What should i do for the result i got for MRI. Please provide me a solution for the problem i am facing right now.

You have a small disc at l3/4 but doesn’t require surgery Any tingling numbness or weakness of leg means you have radicular symptoms due to the disc These symptoms are manageable with medications and good Physio exercises
