My son had ultrasonography of skull and brain at 6 months of age due to head circumference of 45 cm and weight of 6.8 kg Report summary : Lateral Ventricles are prominent . However are normal in shape and configuration . Biventricular diameter = 41/122 = 0.3 = is at upper limit of normal range. However No periventricular ooze/ edema seen. Should we go for a repeated scan or should we wait .

My father is diagnosed with hemicranial headache. He is suffering from past 6-7 months. He had undergone angioplasty with 4 stents a year back. He is regularly taking medications and follow ups. However this new problem is really impacting his quality of life. Medications prescribed- tryptomer 25, Gabapantin extended release 300, Neuracetam plus apart from regular post angioplasty medications. However these neuro medicines are not providing any relief to his suffering. Reports- His MRI had shown slight cervical spondylitis, rest all reports were normal. Kindly guide me on this.
