Brain and Spine Problems

I have vocal cord ulcer they are almost healed but there is vocal cord congestion so dr prescribed me picort 6 tablet and i am also taking gitam plus ( gikbo biloba-120mg & piracetam-800 mg) tablet..i forgot to tell dr about this.. so will these two tablets get interact with each or its ok to take it? will it nullify the effects or is there any side effects? plz tell me & plz  don't say consult to ur dr bcz i m 300 km away from him and my next follow up is after 1 months so plz tell me is it ok or they will interact? or gikbo biloba will reduce the effect of picort 6 tablet? and i am taking gitum plus on alternate days but picort 6 is taking daily..

Hello Doctor I'm shamili ,36 yrs suffering from frequent back headaches for approximately 1 month. For pain suppression she gave me myoril 4 mg for 5 days My bp levels are normal ( 110/70, 90/70, 107/87 ) I went to a neurologist, The doctor suggested an MRI Brain scan with orbit screening. Today I got reports but the Doctor is not available till 2 days, as she went out of station. Kindly please check my MRI report & explain to me briefly. If anything urgent, then I'll go to another neurologist. I don't wanna take risk... Thank you Shamili

Hello Dr my prolactin level 98.4 so dr suggested  to perform  mri brain and pitutary gland with contrast . Mri shows  result Normal size of pitutary gland and shows a 1.9 mm × 1.8 mm size lesion in right side anterior pitutary gland on right side with delayed enhancement mostly microdenoma Is it serious.
