Brain and Spine Problems

My mother recently attacked with brain stroke. After looking the MRI reports doctor said blood clot in brain. Could you please tell me what type of a brain stroke it is. Attached MRI report for your reference.

I am 35 yrs old female. Under treatment for ankylosing spondylitis and seronegative arithritis for the past 2 yrs.  1 yr back I had an episode of eyebrows drooping n lips drooping, unable to move them,  blood tests l l n brain MRI were done, results came negative, I was told it's bcoz of migraine. I started taking topiramate as advised. But I kept having these episodes, until this April, where along with eyebrow drooping, I had jaw locking, lips drooping, brain MRI and blood tests including  were done, everything is normal. Since then everyday this would happen,generally in evening. In May another episode happened, where additionally I had temporary limbs paralysis for 6 - 8 hrs, intermittent tight squeezing of upper body, rigidity n involuntary movements of hands n toes. Chest n Abdomen CECT, AchR, RNST, b12 tests came out normal. I have been told it's not neurological, rather psychological (FND). I have started taking etizolam 0.25 mg SOS, but I find no relief in symptoms. is it FND?

Excessive pain I can't move sometime please suggest me some excercise and medication.. Help me to relieve my pain

From last month I have tremor in left hand thumb sometime full hand some time index finger sometime middle finger also my vitamin d is 21.1 tremor

Hi all,Iam facing this issue since last few days . there is tingling sensation in my arms and legs sometimes.It happens while I am walking or when I am at rest.Although I don't have any pain in my arms and legs but still I wonder why this occur.And today my arms were really feeling weak while washing clothes.But afterwards after taking lunch it felt ok.I wonder whether it's due to BP medication which I have been taking since 15-20 days or anything else.

My hands often get numb easily and during morni gs they are stiff palms unable to close them and numb arms and hands fingers tingling.

I have vocal cord ulcer they are almost healed but there is vocal cord congestion so dr prescribed me picort 6 tablet and i am also taking gitam plus ( gikbo biloba-120mg & piracetam-800 mg) tablet..i forgot to tell dr about this.. so will these two tablets get interact with each or its ok to take it? will it nullify the effects or is there any side effects? plz tell me & plz  don't say consult to ur dr bcz i m 300 km away from him and my next follow up is after 1 months so plz tell me is it ok or they will interact? or gikbo biloba will reduce the effect of picort 6 tablet? and i am taking gitum plus on alternate days but picort 6 is taking daily..

Problem is some time memory loss like mistakes in time calculation, mistakes name, etc. from last 1 week. Little headaches. But no dizziness or bomiting. No blackout issue. he take bp medicine everyday. But no sugar problem or any other problems like heart and kidney. Kindly check his report and suggest me what is the actual issue ?? Is his issue is treatable or not. Please suggest me. Any kind hearted person please suggest me.
