Brain and Spine Problems

My father aged 68Years is a farmer actively doing all his works, he used to stand most of the work time. He is getting frequent swelling of his legs having doubt of kidney/heart problem, which test is recommend for identification.

I have been experiencing several health issues recently. My right hand has been shivering while my left hand remains stable, and at times my right-hand fingers curl up and feel as if something is pulling them. I am also having frequent colds, difficulty sleeping, and increased anxiety and stress. In addition to this, I often feel as if the surroundings are rotating, which affects my concentration and focus at work. I feel tired and weak throughout the day, and I am also experiencing persistent back pain. These symptoms together are impacting my daily functioning and overall well-being. I worked the night shift timings for 2 weeks. One week from 2:00 AM IST to 10:30 AM IST and another week from 9:30 PM IST to 6:30 AM IST. I think I am experiencing all these symptoms from the night shift, Should I avoid working in Night Shifts, As shivering in My right hand is increasing.

Its been 3-5 and i feel nausea and diziness and it happens anytime but mostly outside if i try to eat food or water unable to do that they make it worse i have deficiency of vitamin d and b12 which is treated and 1 month also paased but still i face this problem what actually i have many says its anxiety but if feels too physical like i have weakness or deficiency of something please help me what to do iam get very tired when i go outside i think i eat this or that but when i take few bites it happens guide me please the symptoms of nausea and diziness i face right now, same and accurate i get when i stand staright in assembly in sun for more than 1 hour
