Brain and Spine Problems

I had dynapar shot on april 22,2025 due to period cramps and everything was fine untill one day after 10-15 days I realised pain in that area and slight numbness i ignored it but it persist for months after that i talked to one of my aunt who is nurse she told me to use an ointment named Thrombophobe oint i used it for over a month but nothing works..still now i feel pain in that area and its slight numb till now..i can still feel sense in that area but that is very less.. but i dont have any pain in sitting, walking etc neither do i feel pain in leg and thighs only at the same spot and near by area only where i got the shot.. please help me what to do with this Astha Dubey 99xxxxxx44

Feeling numbness , dizziness, sharp pain at back of head to right side of face, After bending downword,head feels heavy and painfull Is it blood supply problem or nerve related or other ?

The mri says no nerve compression but having pain in right leg and right testicle and  back stiffness my back is not even hurting that much . I have attached my report .

Please check my report Whether it's not normal or not...or do I need to consult doctor again for any other test Please reply

Hi doctors, My baby is 8  Months old, for the past 1 months we are seeing, she is flapping (hands up and down legs up and down movement) pulling her hairs, spouting (eyes nose mouth together) im worried that she might have autism. But she is responding to her name, making eye contact, social smile, strangers anxiety, separation anxiety is there . Please clear my doubts. I will be expecting your valuable answers. I'm having severe morning headaches with tiredness or neck stiffness also suffering from lower back pain. What should I do. It's normal headache or do I need checkups for this.

My wife is admitted in hospital with TBM and medicine has been modified as LFT result was not good. Yesterday test was conducted again and the report out I just want to confirm the condition of patient is improving or not??

In her ct scan head report DNS towards left side came what medication required no symtoms at all rest all parametes are normal

I am a fully fit individual, started doing gym in the month of January 2025, but I used to have dinner before going to gym, sleeping empty stomach at night after high intensity gym usually only drinking milk. In February also everything was fine for first 20 days then started to have sleep issues while being able to hear my heartbeat, stopped doing gym at night and problem resolved within days. Then due to some reason i convinced myself that this was only happening due to late night cardio and continued to do work out (only weight training) at night(10 PM) , and eating before the gym , and for some days I was able to sleep even though I was hearing my heartbeat when I sleep (on my stomach). Continued to do gym and slowly things got worse in April and I stopped going to gym in the end of April doing only swimming, but after sometime swimming also lead to the same issues and I was unable to sleep . I have left both activites since then, but my CNS is still active.(sleep issues are still)

Whenever I eat eggs chicken or paneer I get awkward cooling sensation and pressure in my left side vein of brain and it increases gradually to half face of left side then gradually to another side. Also I am feeling some sort of week memory these days . My left eyes feels a some type of pressure. And if I stop eating these foods the symptoms stops by itself. Is it a neurologist problem or gastroenterologist problem??? Whom should I visit?
