Brain and Spine Problems

My father as usual whenever he laughs, he coughs, then automatically he becomes normal but today while same thing happened, he lost his consciousness, & it seems like he is dead. But he comes back to normal within few seconds, when we start shouting Papa! papa! Same thing like this happened 2 months before while taking his daily medicine, he swallowed the medicine with water & at sudden eyes gone up & it seems like he is dead, when we patted on his back, medicine came out and he became normal.. During this time my father consulted his heart doctor for this & the doctor said it was choking. . But today's problem is a bit different, today he is standing while we are making jokes. . Can you please explain a little bit, what kind of problem is this, & which doctor should I consult?

I am 70 years old and currently taking Finecobal-NT for neuropathic pain. How long can I safely continue this medication and what are side effects ?

My mother is really having trouble in sleeping. She has thyroid for which she takes 50mg thyroxine and every six months it is tested which is also normal. She has migraine and takes tablets for migraine when its too severe. She takes early dinner and also walks in the night but still she says she just cant sleep.

Having severe pain on neck region, above and side of ear. Dizziness is also there. Went to a ortho doctor. He took the X-ray. It was normal. He prescribed me some medicines. Pain reduced when I take pain killer but does not completely subside. After 4-5 hrs pain again comes with same intensity. I don't understand what it is. Ortho said it is a cervical sprain. Is it so?

After 2-3 days of chest pain,headaches suddenly overnight face deviated to left side only lower left part (eyes and nose area is not affected) along with there was slight loss of strength in lower and upper limbs (unable to hold anything but was able to walk) All blood reports,ECG,ECHO and MRI are normal. In contrast MRI brain Type 1 AICA loop around bilateral 7th -8th nerve root complex not extending internal acoustic meatus is mentioned and mild diffusion in cerebral atrophic changes. This deviation first happened in pct 2023 and fully recovered within 4months now In june 2025 this happened again and still not recovered but cause for this problem still not diagnosed
