Brain and Spine Problems

Consulted gynaecologist for vaginal infection but the doctor said it's not infection. Consulted dermatologist for skin infection. But as I have no evident changes in the skin doctor said it can't be skin infection . But i have itching and burning sensation soon after I urinate. Can it be anything related to nerve ?

My vitamin d 25 hydroxy is <5ng/mL. What should I do . And my vitamin b12 is <105 . Is this serious . What should I do

I had a earpain first..and pain behind ear near to brain...after two days got slight bells palsy  rushedto hospital.. doctor gave injection and six doses of injection for one month...weekly once..face nerve stimulation also done... recovery was good..but no scan is done .. doctor said no need of scan...but I am having mild pain in brain which will be for 2 hours in two three days. And goes off ..went to ent also doctor said ultra sound neck and said one lymph nodes is swelling but said it is due to inflammation and goes on its own...but head ache is there .. doctor said it will take time to recover...is it ok ...or scan should done???

Hello doctor I'm having severe headache with comes for 2 3 second and goes away, pain is like some i pressing nerves form inside forcefully, both side of forehead left and right its very painful, please tell me what to do, also I'm having cold and blocked nose.

My father mate with an accident yesterday and is currently unconscious. Surgeons have advised draining a blood clot, and his blood pressure and blood sugar are both elevated. I am really worried what to be done next, he is 74

My friend has habit of slapping back of his head frequently and hardly since 6 months. He is having strech band like feeling continously for a month now. No other symptoms at all. Kindly help.

I got load of some person's  body maybe 25 kgs suddenly on my head since then my head is starting to hurt right from the word go it was hurted i applied Ice and taken Paracetamol its not improveing what should i do next

Hello I'm 37 male.I have health issues from last 2 years which mainly involve pain starting from back of the head to neck to whole spine and spreading to both legs. In March 2023 I got diagnosed with high blood sugar and fatty liver. I felt issues like burning sensation, heavy shoulders and few others around that time. Still I felt better within a month. But later from May 2023 I had a sharp pointing like pain in the back of my head making me feel sick sometimes and from there it has spread like a disease in my body. From May 23 to Feb 2024, the pain spread to my legs, again started in head, then to neck area and later to whole spine. After Feb 2024 till today problem is there in a recurring way , with pain high n low every day. I have good consultations within this time period, including Brain MRI and other test in may 23 only, in April 24 again spine MRI. My sugar has been under control and other test reports are ok. Not any major issue. But this problem is 24x7 with me. Plz help.

Dear dr pls help Since 2022, I have been experiencing sudden jerks (convulsions) followed  episodes of unconsciousness behoshi. These episodes typically occur under stressful or emotionally overwhelming situations. Timeline of Episodes:2022-1epi 2023 – 1 episode 2024 – 2 epi 2025 – 4episodes so far (January, March2timeand May) 1. Most episodes begin with sudden body jerks (like electrical shocks) and then I lose consciousness for about 30 minutes to 1 hour, with no memory of what happened during that time. CT brain Headn done 4time normal,eeg normal 2. One such type of jerk occurs yesterday.Jerks mostly occur like this during normal activities — even while drinking water, using a phone, or doing daily work. During such times, objects fall from my hands, and I feel unable to continue any task. Sometimes, these jerks last for 2–4 hours and settle on their own. few cases, the jerks remain frequent and spontaneous. After the episode, I feel confused and have no memory alsohas ocd history
