Concern over b12 defeciency symptoms.
I have been diagnosed with b12 and d3 vitamin defeciency 2 weeks back. I have been taking nuerobian everyday for 2 weeks now.
I have also consulted a neurologist and have done a NCV test and the results are normal. BP, sugar levels are normal.
I have constant numbness in the arms and legs, with slight tingles. Also overall body weakness and brain fog. I sometimes have random short breathedness as well. The numbness also varies with its intensity. Also there has been an increase in gas/acidity. However I do not feel any pain in any of my limbs. No headaches and no back pain as well.
Can someone please tell me if these symptoms line up with b12 defeciency? Are further tests necessary? How long does it take for the symptoms to fully go away? Some steps that can be taken to fasten the healing process?

Ive been suffering from memory issues since a few months now. Before my memory used to be so sharp and after waking up i feel worn out even when I get good night sleep.Sometimes i wake up though in the midnight hours between 3 to 4am out of nowhere and also get vivid dreams with raised heartbeats. I also dont remember what I basic things I had planned the day before at times once I wake up and my eyes also looks so baggy with redness in it.Could it be due to past traumatic experiences and depression or due to some nerve damage? Im so confused. Not able to find solution. Help me.

Back spasm, tremor in left hand etc
I have been experiencing upper back issues for over some years. In 2025, I had severe fatigue in my upper back, along with tightness and occasional spasms. After doing regular strength training and physiotherapy for the last 4 months, the fatigue has completely resolved, but the discomfort and tightness still persist.
The symptoms are episodic: when the tightness comes, it lasts for many days or weeks, and when it subsides, it stays away only for a few days. When the symptoms goes I feel a very pleasant, relaxed sensation in my back in that process.
However, when the tightness is present, I experience noticeable shivering/tremor in my left hand. A few months ago, before this tremor started, I had brief episodes where my fingers would momentarily “lock” for a second. Because of this, I consulted a neurologist and underwent an MRI (spine/brain), which was reported as normal.
Kindly suggest me some hospital in Visakhapatnam. I currently stay in a near by town.

Chronic headache
About 15 years ago, I began experiencing severe, stabbing pain in one eye and one side of my head. The pain was extremely intense and often accompanied by vomiting, sensitivity to light and sound, and marked restlessness. The pain was extremely intense and often made me feel like hitting my head against the wall. The headaches usually started during sleep, and I woke up with peak pain that lasted about 30 minutes, followed by gradual improvement but persistent weakness and exhaustion. These attacks occurred in clusters lasting a few weeks, mainly during winter, with pain-free gaps of one to two years. At one point, I had around 20 episodes in 15 days, sometimes twice daily, with vomiting during nearly every attack. I was diagnosed with migraine, but oral medications were ineffective during severe episodes due to vomiting. In recent years, I have milder, recurrent unilateral headaches every few days, becoming moderate about once a month.
