Febrile Seizure

My 2 year old son is not taking Levipil. I tried so hard to give him but he vomitted the syrup and all the food. It's really difficult for me to give home Levipil Syrup. Someone told me to mix syrup while making roti. Can I do this? My doctor told me to mix it with honey. We thought he'd take the Syrup that's why we didn't ask much about this issue. Any suggestions plz...

Brachial Plexus Injury

The patient had a fracture in the left upper arm bone (humerus). Before surgery, an MRI showed signs of nerve irritation or mild injury near the neck and shoulder area — especially affecting the C7 nerve root, which is part of the brachial plexus (a network of nerves that controls the arm). On July 1, 2025, the patient had surgery to fix the broken bone and repair the rotator cuff (a group of muscles and tendons that help lift and rotate the shoulder). The surgery went well, but 02 months passed, the patient: Cannot lift or move the shoulder or elbow Feels numbness in the upper arm Can move the wrist and fingers normally
