Brain and Spine Problems

Hello Doctor, I’m experiencing a strange issue with my awareness. Recently, I’ve noticed that I’m unable to perceive small, subtle sounds like the ticking of a clock or light tapping, even in quiet surroundings. Along with that, I sometimes feel mentally dull or less alert — as if my brain isn’t fully registering sensory input. This is unusual for me. I wanted to ask: Could this be related to brain filtering or auditory processing?

Hi ..I delivered a baby 7 months ago & stopped breastfeeding 1 month ago.Since past couple of days ..at night when I sleep, my arms go numb I mean that the arm on which I sleep goes numb at night & which I change position it becomes normal.This has been happening since past few days. Please advise urgently.

I am experiencing pinching like ant bites over body sometimes on shoulder, legs, pelvic area. It was happening a week ago and today again it is happening and I am not able to distinguish that is it tingling or itching though the skin is clear no redness nothing. It happens for a moment and goes then happens somewhere else and I am not able to get what is the sensation.

Previous history 3 LSCS Operation Harnia, Utrus Current Compliance - Back Pain, Headache, Leg pain, swelling in leg

Getting headache when contact with more air outside and suddenly getting dizziness at the sametime and sometimes getting the vomitings,this symptoms are not frequent only getting sometime and after few days gap it's getting again ,we also did MRI brain which got the results are normal and even my doctor also suggested that it's an normal headache and which can curable when there is no stress and there Is no such issues and doctor said to be normal there is no much concern things to worry but our tension is sometimes when the headache is getting unable to walk properly due to dizziness and it will get relaxed after a sleep and also we also tested eye and ear which is also normal here all are normal but it's not getting cure fast please suggest us something related to medicine or any video consultation
