Stroke in thalanas. How can be cured?

A focal hyperintensity in T2W & FLAIR images is seen in left ganglio-thalamic region, appearing hypointense in T1W images and showing restriction of diffusion in DW images. A lacunar focus is noted in left thalamus. Focal & confluent hyperintensities in T2W & FLAIR images are seen in subcortical to periventricular white matter of both cerebral hemispheres, basal ganglia and pons, appearing isointense to hypointense in T1W images and without restricted diffusion. Remaining cerebral hemispheres, basal ganglia, thalami, internal capsules and corpus callosum otherwise reveal normal morphology and signal characteristics. A microbleed is noted in left cerebellar hemisphere. Brainstem and cerebellum otherwise reveal normal signal characteristics & morphology. Both cerebello-pontine angles are clear. Ventricles & basal cisterns are normal. Sella & para-sellar regions do not show any significant abnormality. how can be cured
