Ill Defined T2w/flair hyperintensity
Hello Doctor, I was having sinus infections in which i took a CT scan pns and brain a week before in which it was stating that 90 % filling of maxillary sinuses All other sinuses are also inflamed and muscular thickening as well Yesterday i took mri brain Results came up with : No significant abnormality is seen in the brain parenchyma. ------Ill-defined T2W / FLAIR hyperintense signal is seen at bilateral ethmoidal air cells, frontal, sphenoid and maxillary sinuses likely – pan Sinusitic changes. Please let me know if i have any problem in brain or any complications

If there are no signal changes within brain parenchyma  in both CT & MRI, you are not having any abnormality in your brain. It is better you consult an ENT specialist for your problem.
