Brain and Spine Problems

I am facing this problem from past 1 year, I always feel dizziness like 24/7 evryday all day long. Sometimes I even feel like the room is spinning and the wall is spinning. I feel disconnected from the environment,i forget things, I get headaches 24/7,i also get blurry vision, Stiff neck,i also get dizziness if i move my eyes suddenly, My reflexes are also gotten really slow and non responsive,i get social anxiety,whole body weakness, I have also lost a decent amount of weight in this 1 year, I always feel sleepy and disoriented and when i go to sleep i experience insomnia. No matter how much i sleep i would still wake up feeling dizziness and weakness. I face these problems  everyday a day long. Plsss can somebody help me because now it's really getting out of hands.

What I do he not going to hospital not taking tablet he not consulting any doctor what should I do I don't no it stop this epilpsy befor 2 year but now 3 months it come again this problem epilpsy problem please give me any solution for this I request you please 🙏 doctor

I suffered with dizziness,head pressure and ear tinnitus started on Oct of 2024.i visited a neurologist and multiple hospital including cmc vellore.my mri is normal so neurologist said nothing.he gave meclizine and clonazepom.in cmc my diagnosis is low b12 246, probable atypical meneiers and anxiety.i missed neurologist and psychiatry appointment in CMC ,but ent gave betahistine 48 for 1 month 32 for 1 month and asked for revisit neurologist said for mri contrast but i wasn't interested.i used only 16mg of betahistine daily and was okfor 2 months.i Even stopped clonazepom and good Sleep.but recently again I had dizziness and used betahistine 48 mg and had severe gas.now I'm experiencing head and facial pressure tounge stiffness and sleep issues.i also diagnosed with low vit d 18.2 recently.while trying to sleep some past will remember and that voice and vision is remembered  suddenly wake up from sleep. sleep is coming but this problem i can't sleep.pleas clarifymy proble whomtoconsult

I feel dizzy and swaying all the time, also can't sleep as I feel like pendulum on closing eyes also there is constant vibration in my brain which I feel more while closing eyes

Hi doctor, From past few years I am facing back and neck muscle sprain. Currently i am also having right hand pain with back & neck muscle sprain. Swelling has deposit near my right ear  as a small ball. Can't make a small move, if I need to move my neck, I need to hold my neck. Kindly suggest the treatment or medicine to relieve the muscle sprain

Weird pressure in right temporal area when talking on phone — anyone else? Hey everyone, So for the past 3 weeks, I’ve been feeling this strange pressure in my right temporal area only when I’m talking on the phone on my right side. It’s not really pain — more like a dull pressure that sometimes lingers for a bit after I hang up. A few things to note: I don’t feel this pressure when I use my phone on the left side. No headaches otherwise, no ear pain, no vision problems. It goes away if I use speaker or earphones. It’s been consistent for 3 weeks now. I’m starting to get a bit worried. Could this be muscle tension from holding the phone awkwardly? Or maybe something with the ear or jaw? Has anyone experienced something similar

I feel swelling in my neck near my head skull.. I have attached a photo.. Is this a problem as earlier I showed it to a neuro surgeon he just gave a few medicines but this swelling is there from quite a time now.. Soo I am worried

My case is very complicated.  I was given psychiatric meds  and other meds for vestibular migraine which caused serotonin syndrome and other side effects. I got different diagnosis like anxiety tremors , function neurological disorder , withdrawal effects and akithesia and kindling from meds . My condition worsened because of the constant  trial-and-error . my body is now not tolerating anything,no meds at all ,no supplements ,no vitamins not even paracetamol. I have tremors, involuntary movements and many more symptoms. I can barely walk.. I dont know who to go to anymore  as no doc is ready to help. All neuro/psychiatrist and general physician say they cannot help me as im not tolerating any meds  nor do they admit me . Its been 3 years , im homebound . Is there any neuro which can help ?plz guide  Thank you.

I'm 21 years old and i have been diagnosed by bell's palsy in Jan.,2025. I have taken treatment for about 2 months then by some reasons i quit that ...i have been recovered to a large extent but i am still feeling pain in my facial muscles . Drooping is still seen when i smile  freely nd difference in eyes is also present . So can i restart my medications nd will it be effective after quitting treatment for  about 3 months Or should i go for physiotherapy nd ayurvedic treatment ?

Please suggest or alternate...amlong 50 and flumelt M...I mean amlodipine5g +metoprolol and flupentixol 0.5mg +melitracen 10mg...please please this medicine alternate
