Approx 7x7 mm sized well defined saccular aneurysm is seen arising from the supraclinoid ICA and projecting to the left side.
Another 11 x 12 mm sized well defined saccular aneurysm is seen arising from the proximal M1 segment of left MCA and projecting posteriorly.
Both these aneurysms appear partly thrombosed.
Generalised atherosclerotic changes with mild luminal narrowing in bilateral cranio cervical vessels.

It depends on how well or unwell the patient is from a background medical condition point of view. From the aneurysms point of view, a rough calculation of how likely the aneurysms are to cause a haemorrhage in the brain comes to about 2.5% to 5.5% over 5 years. The risk of an endovascular treatment for these is likely to have a 0.5 to 1.5% risk of complications including bleeding during the procedure, stroke etc. So, it depends on how the patient and you, his loved ones, look at the balance.
