Dizziness and tingling
2 months ago i started getting dizzy after falling asleep then took medicine for vertigo got better but then developed gastritis that got better now past two days can't sleep because of tingling in the whole body. All blood reports normal.

It can be due to compression of your nerves due to prolonged posture while you are asleep or may be due to some nutritional deficiencies or metabolic disorders
