Ongoing symptoms after TB (2018), COVID (2020), ear issues, muscle loss, and daily morning headache — what could be the cause?
In 2018, I had TB and took 9 months of medicines. After that, I started getting headaches every time I tried to sleep.
In 2020, I got COVID and again had severe headaches.
Later I had TB again and took only 1.5 months of TB medicines (no supportive medicines).
In 2022, three problems started together:
• Left ear pain and ringing in the left ear
• Tingling in both legs
• Urine infection symptoms — burning sensation, but urine report shows no bacteria even after many antibiotics
Since then, I have been losing muscle and lost around 10 kg.
I also got back pain, thigh muscle loss, and knee pain.
The most worrying thing is:
• Every morning when I wake up, I get severe headache
• My face suddenly developed deep wrinkles near eyes and darken
• My cheek fat/volume reduced suddenly
Why is this happening?
Is this reversible?
What tests should I do?
