Neurological Symptoms
Hi, Since January I have suffer from blurred vision, dizziness, pins and needles in my arms and legs, cramping and nerve pain. I have had an MRI that has come back clear but I am still in the same situation. two months ago my colleague ( just me and her share an office) came down with similar symptoms but no one seems to know what is wrong with us.

Get some blood tests - Serum B12 and Folic acid and Vitamin D levels. Sometimes insufficient nerve vitamins can cause this type of symptoms.
