Brain and Spine Problems

I'm mostly forgetting everything. I'm a new person daily. Even wat I thought to do yesterday I forget. Only if I note it down I can know. Should I check wat is my problem. I donno to explain. But I'm not conscious with wat I'm doing. Simple house chores feel big task to completely. N wondering how all planning everything. I'm afraid how I'm gonna bring up my 4 year old daughter. I'm I'm above 60 ok age problem. Y I'm like this I donno. But faced many problems in life. So in tat pain I couldn't manage everything in day today routine. Last week one sister saw me n told my name. I couldn't recall her who she is.

After rct my head is pain at that side...but x ray of rct is normal...but still I feel discontinue pain in one side of head and neck pain...

Since last 2 months, once or twice in the whole day , I feel buzzing , vibration, numbness and tingling in my less accompanied by pain sometimes. And also my palms and fingers exert heat and vibrate as well. Why is this happening ? Please suggest any treatment!!

My 5month old baby from past 10days showing severe startled while falling asleep and during sleep too he will have cluster of moro reflex but wont wake-up he will go back to sleep if I hold him tight or carry him then this doesnt happen only happening when lying flat on bed on his back. he is now easily getting startled by very low sound too. he looks scared of something Other than that he is fine feeding well and doing all milestones rollover social smile etc only thing we saw today is low urine output in 24hrs. what is the issue here? can someone help
