Brain and Spine Problems

I have a non stope feeling of dizziness and off balance feel, it's been going on for 4-5 days I did consult an ENT but the tablets didn't do anything. I also observe a slight tilt in my face posture when i naturally rest it (for me it is natural but it is tilted) also feel stiffness and mild cramping pain in my neck, and also i have pain on my upper spinal area right between my shoulder blades. Please help, I feel really frustrated and am scared that i will be stuck with this forever.

Hi my head keeps on shaking all the time and it tires me plus I have twitching. I am taking Ticstop 25 once a day and it was working well. Recently since 10 days, hesd movement and twitching has increased dramatically and its bothering me a lot. Pl guide

I am having cervical spondylosis and having neck stiffness, in mri scan report shows impinging the nerve roots, but now a days I am getting some head nerves also  pulling feeling when I am excited.

Hi, I am 31 years male. Since 10th standard have had a hardtime in education. Finally visited neuro in 2020 and was told have some white matter hyperintensities in brain which could cause focus and understanding. After joining family business, it got worse. Right now, I am on Comcerta and Antidepressant. I workout daily with moderate to vigorous exercise. Whom Can i consult to to address improve my understanding? Hi I am having dizziness and weakness from past 10 days. Went to neurologist and mri brain plain was done and report says " Focal area of encephalomalacia with gliosis is seen in right temporal lobe-sequalae of old insult" Pls advise if this is critical or can be cured. Presently having Vertin 16mg and Diligan 25mg tablets
