Absence seizure and clonic tonic seizure
I had b12 deficiency since 2019 due to dietary restriction, as of today's date absence seizure since 1 year and clonic tonic seizure at night since 3 months. before 3 months serum b12 was 139, abnormal CBC, iron and b12 anemia.
given b12 1500mcg oral daily since last 3 months, symptoms are improving and after 60 dose of b12 supplement b12 level is 408. But still some CBC panel abnormal.
Will b12 injection help to completely eliminate the symptoms.

You have Vitamin B12 deficiency which may be due to several causes. A restricted diet is one cause. Others include autoimmune conditions like pernicious anemia, stomach lining problems, certain medications, malabsorption syndromes etc. So you may need a detailed evaluation for underlying cause if your b12 deficiency is not getting corrected by b12 injections. Severe vitamin b12 deficiency can rarely cause seizures, but it is not clear from your history whether you have done seizure evaluation. For more clarification consult a Neurologist.
