Brain and Spine Problems

I am constantly feeling pressure in forehead eyes and temple region from past 3 months from morning to night . Before that i had suffered chronic Sinititus and my scan shown up DNS to left . But t lot of ENT specialists some suggesting surgery and some not . But neurologists dening the DNS cause for persistent headache .i tried some Nureologist recommended anti depressants but not working . I am really worried can anyone please help on this situation .

My kid felt imbalance while sitting and watching tv 8months back. Episode 2 she was standing when he felt the same 5months back. 3rd Episode was a month ago and last was 15days back. She doesn't fall, she keeps telling me that feels like falling , I sprinkled her little water in her face and she drank some and in a minute she was fine again dancing and playing. She doesn't tremble , no back and forth eye movements, no speech delay. Consulted a paed last week and dr suggested for a blood test and check if she deficient. But her Hb was 11.6. Calcium,D3,b12 everything was perfect. Visited the dr again today and he recommended a paed neurologist. Dr checked her body coordination speech,hands and feet and asked if any parent has a half headache history. Im having half head ache problem. Doctor said its BPVC and goes with age and said no medication or Mri is required. Attached the blood reports. Please let me know if there is any serious confirm or something i need to know as a mother

I am taking telma 20 for my high BP issue and along with during recent blood test my CBC was OK however my vitamin b12 and D3 are very less so taking injection of arachitol every alternate week for 4 weeks and Neurokind gold for every alternate days for 5 days. Plz suggest

Hi My father in law 76 years old he's complaining of imbalance (chakkar) and he's been taking stugil and stemetil medicine. We got his MRI done all other tests done too but everything is normal What might be the reason he's feeling like that as if he's going to fall or may be needs support while walking or doing daily activities. We lost my mother in law 2 years back and since then he's not keeping well also his sleep is disturbed What line of treatment is suggested, can we show him to psychologist?

What is the survival chance of a patient with 75 brain blood clot after stroke? patient is under ventilation after operation and conditions is worsening. Stroke happened 12days ago and after 65hours dr operated to remove the clot. This is just for curiosity that was it right to operated. Lungs and kidney become infected as well. Relatives told that it was not the right decision to operate. We are devasted. What is removed from his head after operation is attached here

I have having muscle weakness, numbness and it jerk and spasm, feelings twitching, shocking when I keep the elbow on bench. I had done reports like Blood test MRI OF cervical spine and brain Blood report, NCV test, physical examination is also done but there is no evidence found of the symptoms. Having issue since long time and now the thing is that orthopedic dr is telling to do NCV focusing on ulnar nerve again and MRI too but currently I'm under debt and have no financial arrengement for anything also I'm able to control the hand. It's not painful too just jerks, spasm numbness and not able to hold the things for too long so can i skip the diagnosis and treatment for sometime, i mean is it critical or symptoms get worst ?? Like I can do it whenever I'll get financing stable so does it work like that ??? Or i should do it on immediate basis.

My mom is 72 years with bp and diabetes which are under control, she is loosing memory recently, she forgets everything for 2 to 3 mins and gains her memory back , not sure whom to contact, please suggest treatment or tests

I have no feel numbness in upper foot and burning sensation in veins . I get intense pain in upper foot in every few mins Ankle swollen only in right leg. I had gout attack few months back but now uric acid is normal no sugar no thyroid. Dolo 650 and pregablin is not working I tried few other painkillers too. Suggest medicine please. Also when I wake up  feel numbness in fingers too it takes time for my hands to get normal. Foot is paining more at night.  Images shows the pain spots. I have migraine problems since school days. But wearing helmet was not a problem but from some months, when I travel in bike as pillion i get head pressure wearing it, feeling out of breath and really uneasy which causes me panic. But recently i realised these symptoms even if i just wear helmet at home. It happens even with half helmet. And also when going on bike, i feel like my eyes goes dizzy, causing me Anxiety. What could be issue and how to fix it

Hi. I accidentally hit my top of head on wall which is like under stairs. Stairs below teri was a space wen I bend n took. I juz hardly hit head. Tat day I felt pain. Then no pain so I left it. Should I see ultra sound. Already I'm facing psychology problem lik. Couldn't handle family stress.
