Brain and Spine Problems

I usually get a nerve pain in my right side of head...is it due to some psychological problem or what

She is suffering frozen shoulder. But now doctor say it is Perkins disease and never cure properly. Day by day it increase? Now she is very upset, what shall I do now?

Having needle like pains in nerves and band like pains. Specially down from legs upwards to everywhere in the body. No diabetes. Having PTH above the higher end.  Got all the tests and scans done on my neck but no sign of parathyroid gland inactivity,I just have a nodule. I am using calcium supplements given by a doctor for now.Recent advancements of symptoms are ..iam unable to  hold things for a long time with hands kind of feeling like arthritis and same with feet. Sir whenever i feel my stomach is upset ..i don't know why my body gets sensation like itchy but resolves by own ..my hands feel numb when i sleep and it occurs very occassionally...please tell me what's it 😭🙏 I'm stressed because of that ..is it serious I'm having it from more than 1 year

I was attending a training yesterday and did some paper cutting work. Since then my right thumb has been numb and feeling tingling the whole day continously. Its been almost 24 years, its still feeling the same. What is happening snd what should i do ?

I have consulted a neurologist on practo and a local orthopedist who only gave me multivitamins and nerve pain medicine namely pregabalin but did not prescribe any medicine for said MRI suggestions.Please suggest a remedy

It increases day by day and the test is done some 10 years back. Also have sinus and it's increase in cold.

My brain pulsates sometimes from left side sometimes even right sides nothing came in scan I have tb can it be tb or something else no to very less pain occasionally

Cortisol level is low 5.18 before 8 months it is 13.5 what is effect of low cortisol in body .

My mother has sharp radiating pain in her right leg from buttocks region till calf since 1 week and tingling sensation while sleeping . On investigation with mri the reports are saying grade 2 anterolisthesis of l5 over s1 and few other findings . Kindly help me with the treatment plan and proceedings .
