Hello, I want to understand attached ct scan report. Can you please explain if any issues.

Attached is brain mri and angio report of my father 62 years old.today morning his left hand was not working ,he was unable to move his hand. We went to emergency and doctor made us do his brain mri and angio.he has done his angioplasty in year 2012.pls let me know if he will be able to use his hand normally like before as he is a rickshaw driver or there will be any issue for him in future.pls guide me.

My age is 24, (no alcohol and smoking addiction), sometimes I suddenly feel during walk or sometimes on sitting freely , I feel sudden my chest sinks or it's like my heart slowly slowly goes stop and my hands and legs get shivering or weakness like I lost control on my hands and leg , but after 1 minutes it gets normal and sometimes also feel symptoms like my breathing gets chocked suddenly for a second , i do reports like ECG✅,2D ECHO✅, ULTRASOUND✅, CHEST XRAY✅, CBC✅, LFT✅, RFT, THYROID✅, LIPID PROFILE✅, ELECTROLYTES TEST✅, ENDOSCOPY✅, HBSAG✅, HIV✅ all are normal , I consult with Govt Medical College CARDIOLOGIST Doctor (MBBS,MD,DM), 2 PULMONOLOGIST Doctor (MBBS MD)They says nothing too worry, please reply sir what actual happens to me , what actual problem I have please reply sir /mam , please 🥺

I experience severe headaches suddenly done some tests but nothing diagnosed but sometimes the pain is unbearable it feels likes my nerves are about to pop out

I have a head surgery .in 2010 by accident...all is well but sometimes now days at night nerve problem while sleeping...

I was recently diagnosed with neuralgia by my neurologist after reporting palpitations, shortness of breath, and random nerve-like pain. He prescribed: 1. Sompraz D 40 (empty stomach) 2. Gabapin 100 (M - 0 - N) – not yet started 3. Tetrafol Plus (M - 0 - 0) 4. Benfomet Forte (M - 0 - 0) 5. Austrin X (0 - N - 0) I also have PCOD and currently take *PCOS Management Plus by Unived*. I'm now on my periods. Since yesterday, I’ve had **heartburn, extreme fatigue**, and **poor sleep**. Could this be from the new meds (without Gabapin), or possibly a hormonal trigger?

I feel headache all day and i m going through anxity issues. I dont feel like talking to anyone If someone try to talk I get angry. Breath increase and headache starts.

My mother in law is of 60 yrs...She was unable to walk properly...and was also suffering from headache... Doctor advised us for MRI...I am attaching MRI report. Kindly explain is there anything to worry about.??If yes what it is...and what to do next

Hello DR i am facing a very weird thing with me .. i don't know why .. brain start feeling like .. everything is around me is rotating.. and when ever i try to sleep .. this happen .. and in the starting it only happen when i sleep but now . It is happening in the day also .. it only feels like .. everything around me ks rotating .. i know that is hallucination and i try to understand my mind that its just hallucinations.. but i get scared.. when it feels .. i don't know what to do know ..
