Brain and Spine Problems

So yesterday,  as I was staring at something for quite a long time, it happened as if somebody has switched off the light and then put it back on, as if I have blinked and there was a momentary blackout. Though I was very sure that I didn't blink, I was constantly sharing, but it happened as if something completely just black happened. And then my vision was like back to normal within a second or so, and this happened like for multiple times. Also it seemed that the ceiling was moving, I didn't have any headache or anything . Is it something serious, what could it be?

Having teeth chattering, brain fog, couldn't able to focus, heavy headedness and health anxiety since the panic attack which I had on 21st Jan 2025. Till then,I haven't noticed any such anxious sensations in my body. I was also having gas like palpitations but consulted with 2 cardiologists, they said I don't have any problem with my heart. Also, took blood tests and everything came out normal. But still, I am having such symptoms. What could be the reason? Is it something serious? But the doctors whom I consulted are referring me to a psychiatrist.

Alprazolam better than clonezapam for better quality sleep.cause 0.25 clonezapam not working me for good sleep.little type sleep.

I have anxiety 9 years ago.but that's time insomnia problem little.then consult doctor.2 month medicine cure me.after 4 years same problem.then again consult doctor.medicine cure 3 months.after 2 years same problem.then doctor course 1 year medicine.then ok condition me.but this year February month I have problem anxiety with very much insomnia.what I do.can clonezapam 0.25 1 months regularly once a time.or what.i have doubt.please advice better sleep or anxiety relief

Hello Doctor, I am experiencing slight dizziness post I stand up or I move my neck, also i have a pain in neck followed by cramps in legs. Also, the dizziness is not constant, it persists for 2-3 mins and vanishes however during the dizziness period, i feel that it is hard to maintain a balance with legs and i feel that i am exhausted and i need to go to bed and sleep. Can you pls help let me know what is this and is there a treatment available or any medicine available to cure this?

Iam dmd patient age 24 i can't not stop steroid because of my condition Duchenne muscular dystrophy ok iam taking for 4 years Wysolone 10mg So i have more weight gain and body swelling So can i weight loss without stopping steroid ?

Hi doctor, I am suffering from migraine. Using naxdom 500 tablets. After took tablet migraine subsidies but pain on one spot of the head is still there for more than 2 months. It is very painful for simple hair comb also. Please help.

Whenever he wakes up he feel little bit dizzy, recently he facing this issue. He feel like he will fall but after some time he feels ok. And he can perform all his work

I am worried if this is not related to any neuro related as I have balance issues over my head and concentration sometimes that affect my speech when discussing some important topic and fall head when it gets pressure to think. May be my psychological signal too not sure but literally I do not have control over it.

Sir, My age 36 I have attached my mri report. Present my pain is not sever but, pain is having back and neck. Daily iam travelling my job purpose, on 2 Wheeler Morning 1 and half hour Evening 1 and half hour total 3 hours 100 kms Iam usinh belt for back and neck Iam taking every 30 mins, breaks and back extension and neck movement i will do dir, Iam doinh daily morning and evening back and neck exercises. My question Any problem with bike, driving, furthur any problem will come for spine. Please helpe me sir. If i travel in bus or auto They dont know my pain to him, Thry will gi fast in speed breakers, Comes to my bike with two wheler, i know where is sped breaker, so i know i will go slow. 🙏please help me sir.
