Brain and Spine Problems
Jerks Convulsions followby unconscious
Since 2023, I’ve been experiencing sudden jerks (convulsions) followed by episodes of unconsciousness lasting 30 minutes to 1 hour. These typically occur during stressful, overwhelming situations. So far, I’ve had 1 episode in 2023, 2 in 2024, and 3 in 2025 (Jan, Mar, May).
Symptoms:
Most episodes begin with full-body jerks and end in unconsciousness.
Jerks also happen during daily activities like drinking water or using a phone.
Sometimes they last 2–4 hours and occur repeatedly.
After each episode, I experience confusion and memory loss.
Triggers:
High stress, big tasks, emotional distress, lack of sleep, and skipping meals.
Mockery, insults, and negative remarks worsen the condition.
Other Info:
Lying down helps reduce jerks.
I’ve sustained shoulder/head injuries from falls.
I fell on my head at age 2–3, but seizures only started in 2023.
History:
Previously diagnosed with OCD and depression; started episodes around the time I was on OCD meds.
I’m currently off med

Genetic shivering of body since childhoo
Hii,
I have a shivering or shaking problem since my childhood without any apparent cause. Hands, legs, voice, face, all of it. It's increasing with age.
It's also hereditary, the same thing is with my grandmother, father and my aunt as well.
Lately since a few months, I also feel a lot of fatigue and lifelessness in my legs all the time...
What are these symptoms an indication of?

Pseudovertigo
I was diagnosed with pseudovertigo in the month of January and I was prescribed with medications like Duvanta 20,cognivel and zevert 16 (for emergency) along with vestibular exercises. I took the medicines for a month and then didn't go to the doctor again due to some reasons. Now I feel okay but sometimes I feel again that kind of dizziness while watching phone and in some kind of postures. What should I do?
