Hi doctor, I have intense headache on one side of my head on left. It also spreads to eyebrow, back head and crown part. It is very intensive. Even after taking naxdom 500 tablet also it dint subside. I couldn't do any other activities. Then after 2 days only the pain subsides. That too not 100℅. Only 75℅ cures. Please help. One of my friend told to take scan. I am afraid. Is it necessary? Please help

I feel pressure in one spot right side on top of head.. Sometimes it comes nd then it may not come for few days.. It's happening from last 1.5 years.. I've had it all my life, whenever I lay down, my hands curl up in a weird position, they get stiff, if I resist the urge, it gets very painful, it's mild when sitting and totally normal when standing, it's progressive, first it was in my left hand, then right and now it's gradually increasing to my elbow, To help ease the pain, I either stretch it, or massage, or when it's unbearable, I have to tie something around my arm or sleep on it to numb it. Never could sleep painfree at night, not even once.
