Brain and Spine Problems

Had a lower back injury which is causing a dull pain in the back but i dont have any problem in doing exercises or anything and slrt test was also negative. But while doing examination it was found i have a exaggerated knee reflex. When i read about it , it shows damage to nerves. My question is should i be worried ? If there is a damage will i be able to recover 100% ?

Due to the blunt hit of a door knob on my scalp ,a vein with swelling has appeared on my forehead.Its not paining or neither any symptoms to me. What shall I do? Is it very serious?

Is this report sufficient to know urinary tract infection My aunt shehnaz malik who is 49 years old she is facing bleeding in urine since 4 years. Doctor always gave medicine to stop bleeding but when medicine over issue still remains the same and other problems started like indigestion, Bloating, stones etc

Respected Sir/mam..All 10 fingers of my feet keep moving sideways involuntarily..and below knee,i have painful legs for 24*7*365... Problem persists for 2 years... starting with mild pain in left leg ,and gradually both legs were affected with increased pain intensity..what should be done now? Thanks a lot

My son treated with epilepsy since 2021.Earlier he takes  Masorate Cr 300 twice a day,now he takes Masorate cr500 twice a day.My Dr tell me to increased his does.But he again got attack after taking proper medicine dose.My question is that why he had attack again?

I am feeling shakiness in in my hand and face and left side feels sone twitching or doscondort near lips side. I also have jaw tightness neck pain till hands. Took mri 6 months back. But now I feel twitching and shakiness. Doctor gave gabapentin for daily for 3 months but I got giddiness more so I stopped it. Attached my mri report findings. Could you please suggest.

Hello doctor My baby is 15 months old during sleep from when he was at 6 months old he twitches hands and legs every night from every few seconds to minutes we consulted 3 pediatricians all said it's a sleep myoclonous but yesterday we went for eeg it shows abnormal we are worrying so much please reply clearly

Done MRI for brain as suffering from headache dizziness. Findings are 1. Few non specific T2 /FLAIR hyperintense foci are scattered in bilateral cerebral white matter predominantly in the frontal lobes. 2. Mild prominence of ventricles and bilateral sulcal spaces. What does it mean? Do I have to do MRA/MRV further?

My father 62 years old was told to get his brain MRI and angio done as suddenly after waking up his left hand was not working and having any movement. His angioplasty was done 12 years back. Multiple discrete T2-FLAIR hyperintensities not showing restricted diffusion or blooming on GRE are seen in bilateral fronto-parietal deep and periventricular white matter—s/o chronic ischemic changes. Mild diffuse cerebral atrophy with commensurate prominence of ventricles, cisterns and sulci. No e/o acute infarct, hematoma or space occupying lesion. Bulky thyroid gland with multiple variable sized altered signal intensity nodules within. USG thyroid correlation is recommended. No significant vascular narrowing is seen.

Feel two lumps on right low back when press with finger. Some tingling sensation and stiffness is there. 2 months ago I have done MRI and found cervical spondylitis. What to do to resolve this sensation in lowerback?
