Mrs. Sangeeta Singh (54 yrs)
She has left-sided headaches for 1 year. On 26 Aug, had sudden lip swelling, nasal heaviness, and BP 170/100. MRI brain shows only age-related atrophy. Since starting medicines (Propranolol, Topiramate, Flunarizine, Cinnarizine, Napra-D, Nattilix, Vasograin) 20 days ago, she feels extreme fatigue, drowsiness, dizziness, no energy or interest in talking/getting up. Blood/urine reports mostly normal except mild fatty liver, prediabetes, and borderline kidney function. Requesting review if all these medicines are required together and advice for safer alternatives with fewer side effects.
