Brain fog followed by headache
Hello sir, I am 29 years old, had fallen on ground while running and it hit the back top of his head and at that time , he had a brain fog kind of where I had not known what is happening, and after sometime like nearly a few hours or a day I returned normal, this happened nearly 18+ years ago and recently I had an episode like our of a sudden i donot remember things recently happened  like recent things the previous games, movies he has viewed, after few minutes he had a headache and after few hours to this, his mind gets normal, he remembers everything and returns to normal. He has had aura migraine for nearly 18+ years. Can u please tell me what is happening and is this normal and not life threatening and not serious and not any blood clot or any brain problem as I am very scared of it is any serious problem. And also can i continue with normal activities for eg,working, concentrate on his work, play games, watch all genre movies and what to do to improve or remove this. Please help
