How to get rid of migraine as a student
I’m currently in 12th grade and preparing for the NEET exam, but because of migraine, I’m not able to study properly. I've been dealing with what seems like chronic migraine for a while now. It started with eye strain, headaches, and overthinking, but slowly turned into something much worse: Constant headaches Eye pain Trouble breathing/talking/focusing Back pain and body fatigue Brain fog and no motivation Difficulty in study It's so unbearable and as a student where u want to do good in study but u simply can't due to migraine
