Face Deviation and loss of strength
After 2-3 days of chest pain,headaches suddenly overnight face deviated to left side only lower left part (eyes and nose area is not affected) along with there was slight loss of strength in lower and upper limbs (unable to hold anything but was able to walk)
All blood reports,ECG,ECHO and MRI are normal.
In contrast MRI brain Type 1 AICA loop around bilateral 7th -8th nerve root complex not extending internal acoustic meatus is mentioned and mild diffusion in cerebral atrophic changes.
This deviation first happened in pct 2023 and fully recovered within 4months now In june 2025 this happened again and still not recovered but cause for this problem still not diagnosed
