Brain and Spine Problems

Dear Doctor, I have been experiencing intermittent episodes where I feel a loss of my internal bodily awareness. For example, when I run quickly, my heart rate increases and I experience palpitations, yet during these moments, I also feel a kind of numbness or disconnection from my internal sensations. Additionally, when I focus on my breathing during these episodes, I sometimes feel as if I am having difficulty breathing, although this sensation usually resolves after a short time. I have also noticed occasional moments of reduced balance, where I feel as though I might trip. I sometimes feel tightness or squeezing in my head. At times, my heart rate suddenly increases, which appears to be accompanied by a feeling of panic. I do not have any known breathing issues, but I am concerned that these symptoms may be related to stress, potential spinal issues, or another underlying condition. It may be relevant that I work as a software developer, which requires sitting for long.

Hello sir three days ago i had a head injury  in top of head from elbow my symptoms are nausea, mild headache, some dizziness. I am eating naproxen and i am feeling a little better . Should i have a ct scan.

Head ache continuesly and repeatedly especially right side from the back Sometime it hurts a lot escpecially when i m laying on bed

I am a new dad my daughter is 10m old, 2 months before she was born i have this memory issue. Earlier it was like replacing names.. but now forgetting it and after 2 sec remembering. And today i forgot one funny event happened 3 months ago but after 2 sec i remembered it. Is this because of the new dad, lack of proper sleep or something serious ?

I am feeling timgling on face and leg on left side sometimes it goes automatically this is rrlated to anxiety

I suffered from shingles last year in November last year. Still suffering from neural pain in forehand lower side and triceps side. Don't feel pain while walking and doing work. Feel pain when resting hand on table or resting and while sleeping.

I have lower limb pain 70% relief by pregalin, prothiaden.taking this medicine last 3 year I have taken dulane, zerodol sp, evion lc, Nurobion forte, nexito, zosert. Kindly suggest any other medicine for legs pain.

I have been experiencing sudden trembling of my hands and body after a go to sleep the trembling has just been increasing and sometimes it gets really strong I am on venlor and bupropion medicines is this a side effect of the medicine or is it a seizure ? Please help !

I have persistent digestive and urinary issues along with testicular discomfort. My main concerns include: 1. Right-sided abdominal bloating and hyperacidity (gas builds up mostly on the right side of stomach). 2. Testicular changes—very little movement, feels lighter, and lacks fluid. 3. A sensation of something stuck in the right abdomen near the belly button, which worsens with pressure. 4. Alternating bowel movements—sometimes loose, sometimes tight stools. 5.  Testicular pain near the anus after long standing. 6. Urination issues—sometimes normal, but often I feel like urine is stuck, with drops leaking for up to 10 minutes after peeing. I have undergone MRI, CT scan, and ultrasound, but no clear diagnosis has been found. The symptoms feel nerve-related or possibly due to a hidden (occult) hernia."

My 63 year old father has high blood pressure and a history of stroke. He is currently experiencing a stroke with speech difficulties and paralysis in his right hand and leg. He is on medication (stamlo) and has been struggling with not able to sleep for few months . A previous sleep medication did not work . A pharmacist recently prescribed Alprazolam 0.25 mg. So is it safe for him to take this medication?
