Brain and Spine Problems

Hello Doctor, My mother, Smti Shakuntala, aged 64, has been experiencing persistent pain in her neck, knees, and hands for the past 5 years. She has a history of diabetes and high blood pressure. Recently, she developed slight swelling on the left side of her head accompanied by pain. Additionally, she often feels pain in her left hand and left eye. Occasionally, her leg feels stiff and painful, especially during cold weather. We are concerned about these symptoms and would appreciate your guidance in understanding the possible causes and the next steps for her treatment. Thank you in advance for your help.

My mother,P.Nagamani has been suffering from L4-L5 posterior annular tear with diffuse disc bulge since 2021. After taking physiotherapy treatment she is doing her work at home but without support she is still unable to walk Especially outside and on tiles floor and her feet are still paining with more pain concentrated on right side . Medicines used:Baclofen,Zacy MR-4, Nervofit CD-3 . I humbly request you to kindly suggest me regarding further treatment of my mother.I enclose her MRI  report for reference.

Hi I am overweight but I do not have diabetes or a pre diabetic, I walk everyday and do Zumba, every night I am having any single toe pricking pain making me unable to sleep, it keeps on pricking and I am not having proper sleep due to this, is this neuropathy pain? My friend has asked me to take neurokind tablets . Can I take them kindly suggest

So, doctors I want to ask one thing. My dad has mild localised acute extra axial hemorrhage seen over right cerebral convexity, in fronto-parietal lobe region( thickness 4.5 mm). He was taken to the hospital and treatment is going on, but the thing is he still has a headache and when I asked him it was in the right side. For surety we are going to visit a doctor in Delhi also. I just want to know if there is any case of urgency? Or should we fasten it coz he already had a treatment and also I have told you the size of the hemorrhage. Is it normal? Or should we fasten it? We asked many people and they said there is nothing to worry much. We are going to take him for another doctor visit, but that will be after some time. Just tell me docs. I just want to know is there anything to be thought of or not?

I am very troubled with headache. It has been almost 4 years since this happened. I get this headache daily. Sometimes it is very severe and everything before my eyes becomes blurred and I feel dizzy. Light irritates me and I forget things very quickly. Sometimes one part of my body gets stuck and I feel like hurting myself.

6-7 months back I had typhoid which lead my b12 levels to reduce and I had muscle twitch and tingling but after supplements it stopped but now again from 3 days I am experiencing muscle twitch in my legs, fingers and hands

I had a problem with L4-L5 duac problem around 6 months During this particular time my urine was pale yellow and more bubbles every time I checked my kidney and urine test everything seems normal But why bubbles in urine like after bathing soaps are dissolved seems like that.

I am feeling something vibrating inside the pelvic and anus area. It is happening from two days. First day intensity was high. Second day, its little less. There is no pain, but I can feel this all the day and night. It's happening in every two sec. I have already checked up with the gynecologist but she didn't find anything. It's bothering me too much. I can't leave it like that. Can you please suggest which doctor will help me to find the issue and cure for this? It's very frustrating for me. I can't pay attention to anything.

Migraine pain from last 1 month I still, take medicine from an ENT doctor but I have no relief from headaches, nausea &vomiting, the sensitivity to loud sounds and always ringing in my ears

Sir last few days feeling heaviness in head without any reason, light heaviness in both sides of head and i check my bp and its range 120/ 81 , my sleep time is 6-7 hrs daily , while doing exercise my mind is fresh not feeling any heaviness but during work time my head is heavy and i also do my eyes test and it is also ok, please help so that i can get some relif from it, as it is irritaing and i am not focussing on my work and study
