Brain and Spine Problems

Hi, I'm suffering from tingling and numbness in right side of my scalp.. Aand mild pain on pressing My scalp Feels cold .and  neck pain in left side..Why this soo. And wht r the precautionary measures I need to take.. Plz kindly suggest me what will be the reason..

I used to watch web series for five hours continuously at night, but that didn't happen regularly—just about once a month. After those nights, I would sometimes have headaches the next day, but I would usually feel okay afterward. However, today my headache has worsened. Despite getting 7.5 hours of sleep, avoiding screens, staying hydrated throughout the day, and eating nutritious foods, I still feel off. My mind goes blank in crowds, and I struggle to engage with my friends. I can't think freely either. Please help me and provide a solution.havibg headaches and mental blankness happens regularly but today it is hurting too much.

I feel like doing some activities in night sleep and those things partially remembered after I woke up and I always awake by 3am in the night and difficult to get deep sleep..

Had a death of close buddy, heavy chest exercise using dumbell, fight with wife on small issue, eating remaining pinnis,,, i am not sure what causes thumb to twitch since yesterday and not sure how to manage it at home, i just put thumb muscle under my buttock and slept. About 3 years ago I was sleeping on marble when I wake up I feel a pain on left side of my back head. Then I use pain killer (Disprin). It gone away but some days after it came. Some time it gone away with sleeping some time it gone with pain killer. But after some days of after some months it came. For a few days it frequently paining. What can I do?

My father(aged 84) suffering from Parkinson's disease. Doctor given syndopa plus one thrice in a day. Xafinact 50, leverà 500 twice daily. He is bedridden. His all other parameters are normal. For backside rigidity and stiffness doctor given synaptol 150 half twice daily. But after taking it night sweating and weakness, drowsiness observing. Can I give it to him?will I continue it or it is for short term use..
