Brain and Spine Problems

Hello Dr. My right hand middle finger keep on shivering:vibrating. Kindly suggest what could be reason and how this can be controlled.

I am 29 years old and has tumour grown externally in the head "Meningioma" and has continuous headaches. Any suggestion or advice?

Sir i have my medical exam or armed forces in next month...there blood pressure is measured ...and in that pressurized environment due to fear and nervousness my blood pressure rises above 140/90 ...i am unable to control my mind at that time ...what should i do so that my mind remains calm and donot overthink there...i become nervous and agigated at home also whenever i think myself in that medical exam about high BP... Suggest me some medicine that can control my bp there for once ...

Extreme pain on right side of the face and head. Even my skull hurts badly , eye socket and the nerves hurt even when I move my head, or try to look anywhere but straight. Can't move my head up or side ways. This is the third day and I have already tried taking Saridon etc. Not even minute relief.

From last 3-4 days i am facing dizzyness and fatigue and anxiety also. I checked by BP it is normal. No fever, no headache , no vomiting , no upset stomach. Just facing little bit of dizzyness and because of dizzyness and fatigue facing anxiety also

I am suffering from left eye twich (on upper eyelid) since 2-jan-2025, it doesn't close my eye completely but it's more like fluttering in eyelid, visited neurologist on 30-jan-2025 and he prescribed rejunexv CD3 and uprise weekly for 1 month. It's been 12 doses still no improvement in eye twiching. Please suggest what should I do. Should I wait for the entire 1 month or consult again.

Whenever I am about to sleep I wake up suddenly feeling like I m not able to swallow my own saliva and I m not able to breathe.then after waking up I am unable to sleep the whole night. This is happening since last one year .do I have a cardiac problem .every time I check ECG comes normal .but once and only once ECG report showed right bundle branch block. Everytime I go to doctor they give me antianxiety tablet since last one year I remain active fully in the day time but as soon night 10pm comes I feel like today something bad will happen to me. Plz suggest some permanent solution
