Brain and Spine Problems

My father had Right PCA territory infarction in 2020. From then he is taking Ecosprin AV 75/20 . For last 2 years he is having severe gastritis and hiccups. He went through endoscopy and there is some erosion in stomach lining. He takes Esomeprazole 40 mg and Itorpide 150 mg. But with that also his gastritis, hiccups and burping are not getting controlled. I just want to ask if there could be a possibility of replacing Aspirin 75 mg with Clopidogrel 75 mg. In that case , please let us know. We can connect and discuss further.

I m feeling more numbness and weakness regularly Last year I went through mri but no issues were found and I have used few vb12 tablets which was alright. Now again I feel full with numbness and weakness over two hands and left hand at high little bit. I have little work pressure and debts issue. How to overcome the numbness. Is there any medicine recommended. Rest all good for me. No issues

Sometimes eyes got heavy ....head feelike its moving btt in real its actually moving...and fear of like something is gonna happen

I have been experiencing internal body tremors for the past 10 to 12 days. The tremors are continuous and I tend to feel them more when sitting down or lying down to go to sleep. I also feel them when waking up. The tremors are mostly felt inside the rib cage on the left side of my body. Sometimes the tremors make their way up to the chin or across the torso. I have been taking 50 mg Prothiaden for 8 weeks but stopped now due to incident of this tremor. I have never experienced such tremors before. Pls advise if these tremors sound to be from the medication and if yes, in how many days or weeks after stopping medication can I expect the tremors to subside. Thank you!

I am experiencing hand tremors since last 5 years...it worsens during holding things in air...but not in rest . It also getting worse during nervousness..please suggest cure

Why I'm having scalp tightness i had dns with maxillary and ethmoid sinusitis from past 14 yrs and migraine from past 5 yrs in between i had b12 d iron def sometimes they will increase after taking supplements and decrease after 6months what could be reason for scalp tightness

I am having cramps and shooting pain in legs sometimes. And it happens a lot in the middle of the night. The pain goes from lower back to feet. My b12 and vit d is also in slab. Low iron could be the reason ??

My right eye is twitching and having pain in knees somwtimes random parts of body as well and sometimes i feel scared or feeling fear sometimes as well. Plz help me out .

I had dizziness and also back side of the head feels heavy i had health anixtey and panic attack  when I first got dizzy my bp normal but after some days when I again check due to dizziness it's shows 160/90 iam so young i had numbness in legs and hands when I sit on ground for 2 min and when I woke up morning I get hand numbness iam constant fear of getting brain stroke as one of my relative died from that my local physican do some test ecg echo blood test and said all are normal when iam at hospital my bp 130/80 but again after Tommorow it's shows 140/90 and he put be on telmistaran 20mg over a month again iam getting constant fear and anxiety for brain stroke pls help me with this due to this overthinking and anxiety i got dizziness
