Brain and Spine Problems

My 63 year old father has high blood pressure and a history of stroke. He is currently experiencing a stroke with speech difficulties and paralysis in his right hand and leg. He is on medication (stamlo) and has been struggling with not able to sleep for few months . A previous sleep medication did not work . A pharmacist recently prescribed Alprazolam 0.25 mg. So is it safe for him to take this medication?

My father, 65 yrs old has been moving his hands and legs in his sleep violently. It has increased in the past 6-8 months. He has minor heart blockages and kidney problems. He is under regular checkup with his cardiologist, nephrologist and urologist. We visited two neurologists and did several tests (EEG, blood tests, etc). All reports are clear. The doctors are saying there is nothing to worry about and this is normal. However, seeing his movements at night is very concerning. Is there any other specialist we need to consider or any other specific tests we need to do?

Hello Doctor, From past months i am feeling tingle(jhanjnhat) in my head right and left both sides. When I push those points I felt little pain but not everytime. I have migraine too means I have allergy to sun exposure, strong smells then I felt migraine. But nowadays it's something felt in head. So what is this? I am worried. Is everything alright? Hi All, I have been experiencing frequent headaches, primarily on the left side, along with nausea, dizziness, and sensitivity to sunlight, sounds, and smells. I also feel pain behind my eye socket and on the left side of my face. Additionally, if I focus on something for a prolonged period, my vision becomes blurry. I am also struggling with memory and recall difficulties. Currently, I am taking Nepra D500 and Amitriptyline 10 mg. Attaching my MRI Reports. Respected sir/madam, My mom ,P.N.Mani MRI report reads " l4 l5 posterior annular tear . diffuse disc bulge causing moderate spinal canal stenosis and bilateral inferior neural foraminal stenosis" and her nerve conduction report shows Demyelination and lumbar radiculopathy more on right side and decreased nerve conduction of sural nerve,tibial nerve and common peroneal nerve on right side and decreased sural nerve conduction on left side .She could not walk without support especially outside and there is no grip when she walks on  footwear .Could you please help her with medications/steroids or further treatment guidance? She is non diabetic,but has high BP, bronchitic asthma, distended bladder and sensitive stomach.

Having work related stress and anxiety. Sometime i feel anxious and head is spinning. I have been diagnosed with High Bp and taking Losar 25 mg. I also got my BRAIN MRI done few months back for which report has been attached. I am concerned if it is only related to Bp and stress or something else. Please check report.
