Brain and Spine Problems

Please find the attached complete VNH report. I am worried if this is not related to any neuro related as I have balance issues over my head and concentration sometimes that affect my speech when discussing some important topic and fall head when it gets pressure to think. May be my psychological signal too not sure but literally I do not have control over it.

Sir, My age 36 I have attached my mri report. Present my pain is not sever but, pain is having back and neck. Daily iam travelling my job purpose, on 2 Wheeler Morning 1 and half hour Evening 1 and half hour total 3 hours 100 kms Iam usinh belt for back and neck Iam taking every 30 mins, breaks and back extension and neck movement i will do dir, Iam doinh daily morning and evening back and neck exercises. My question Any problem with bike, driving, furthur any problem will come for spine. Please helpe me sir. If i travel in bus or auto They dont know my pain to him, Thry will gi fast in speed breakers, Comes to my bike with two wheler, i know where is sped breaker, so i know i will go slow. 🙏please help me sir.

I've consulted with Neurologist but after taking medicine from 6 days.. it is not cured completely. Still the pain is there. Patient has diabetes also.

My left calf muscle in twitching , i started my exercises after a long break, is it vit deficiency?

Y right leg swelling very often and the severe pain while standing or walking from lower hip to calf ..

While standing and walking (not more the 3 min) my right legs below hip to calf feel tingling and numbness and then both calf pain ,l have also balancing problem.. I am taking  neugaba m 75 cap. Before sleep for  last four years.. kindly give your expert advice.. don't have sugar problem,my fasting sugar was 98 ,before 8 months..

My vitamin d3 is 6ng/ml it's vitamin d3 cause tremors and weakeness ?? otherwise neuro deases?what's reason my tremors and weakeness please tell me how??
