Brain and Spine Problems

Hi. I have migraine issues for past couple of years but my headaches generally last only for a day. But this time it's continuing for 3 days and my entire forehead hurts and unable to open my eyes due to pain. Please advice on further actions

My brother got spinal cord injury in 2022,when he had fall that time he got injury at ribs too so doctor asked us to wait for surgery ,but after couple of days we got ct scan and doctor told us the bone got healed so no need of surgery ,is it really okay without surgery ,as I have seen every patient who got spinal cord injury must had surgery and cleared inside broken parts ,please help us we are overthinking that due to without surgery he is still not showing improvement .

There is a lump behind the ear but on the skull. It pains only when pressed. Also its hard in nature. What can be the reason. Is it something to worry about. And which doctor to consult in these cases.

Hi.I played volleyball and badminton on 27th dec after many months.On 28th night when I tried to sleep, suddenly my right hand moved like hitting the cock with bat.I woke up immediately and after few trails again ,I experienced some kind of shaking or sudden jerks(don't know exactly what was that) so I was unable to sleep.Later I tried again and then in sleep I was continuously talking to myself.This is continuing till today like jerks and talking and no sleep from 4 days and even if I get some very small noise I was waking up(I don't have this habit before).Please tell me is this normal or should I have to consult a doctor or any other issues because there was no sleep from 4 days. Hi, I have undergone the wisdom tooth extraction almost 4 months back but after the anaesthesia effect was gone after somedays i started feeling tingling sensation in my tongue on the side where the extraction was done, the dentist told me that that my nerve was very close and the tingling feeling and sensation will go on its own as the nerve healing takes time, and recommended me to take neurobion forte tablet, Just wanted to understand is there any other medication or exercises i should be doing to help in the healing process as the tingling and burning sensation has not fully subsided till now.

Can I consume zen retards 300 mg and sumenta medicine at same times . Please suggest me urgent ....

I have been diagnosed with bells palsy from last 2 days, i have been asked to go through electrical stimulus and laser treatment for grade 3-4 bells palsy. I am not sure if these treatment have any side effect. Kindly guide.

Below is the report of my grandfather he was having low sugar level so we admitted him to hospital where this CT scan was done as a routine test. Please suggest if the reports are fine and there is no concern for below CT scan.

From last 2 years I am taking amitriptyline 10 mg for pains. Recently 2 months back got tinnitus and giddiness. ENT doctor prescribed nexito plus in place of amitriptyline. And it went fine for few days. After 2 months I am getting sever pains in hands and legs and back. Can I shift back to amitriptyline 10. Pls suggest.

My father is suffering from Mania. We consulted with Dr but my father is not taking prescribed medicines properly. He doubts my mother, beats her inhumanly. He also does not trust me and sister as well. Sometimes he talks normally and suddenly episodes starts in his mind and he start behaving so dangerously. He talks like I have 15-20 days of life, ai first kill your mother and then my selves. Which is very stressing for me and whole family, we are helpless now, do not know what should we do now. Since he is not ready to go to Dr(last time it took 3 days to convince him to visit dr). Now we don't know what can be done, I cant let him stay with my mother in my absence as he is talking and threatning openly. Could someone experienced in such cases suggest next steps? What kind of treatment can be given? He is not ready to go to any Dr as of today. It would be great help if someone suggests any good treatment for him, we are so stressed and mentally disturbed.
