My son is suffering with periventricular leukomalacia and his motor abilities are so weak. How to improve his condition we are currently providing physiotherapy on regular basis

Slipped and fell on floor took support of my elbow before falling on my back but I hit my back head on floor it bounced , at that moment felt a shock little pain , I asked my hubby to check on head he said no traces , after few seconds I felt ok, but when I touched at the place I feel it's slightly out of shape , I don't know whether it's there from beginning , but phycologically feeling may be something happened inside ,will there be a problem doctor , is there a need for advance investigation

I am experiencing a sensation of compression or inward pulling in the upper part of my nose. What could be the possible symptoms? Which doctor should I consult?

Hello dr,am 31 year old married am hypothyroid patient since 3-4 years since 5-6 days am hvng dizziness and vertigo specially  when im lying down in sleeping position whats ur opinion Is this happening due to thyroid or any neurological problem is this ...kindly help me out for this ...thank u.

Headache right side of brain especially when bending forward or tilting head Started 3 - 4 years back

I have migraine pain issue since my childhood.but the pain is not severe.very mild pain.specially before period(pms phase.)with some insomania,nausea ,stiffness and pain in neck.sometime pain in forehead,some time left side,right side sine time.but after period my pain gone.but this month my mild pain started before 2days of my period middke part of my head,but since 8days it is continuing..what should i do?

I observed that my father is sleeping anytime without drowziness and tried.Even he is taking good sleep,No stress.Why this happening? When we talk over video call,He sleep for a minute then wakeup,telling that no i am not sleeping.Sometime blink of eyes for some sec during driving also..please suggest ..why it is happening

Can i take prothiaden 25 for my migrain pain? Recently i checked by opthalmologist ,he said it is for migraine,not for eye power problem. If i take prothiden then for how many days should i continue??.i have sulphur allergy. My pain is nor severe.it is very mild.
