Brain and Spine Problems

My feet startet having burning sensation few days ago. The TB doc told me to stop one med. It still burns a lot. I can't sleep at night because of it. Ive taken Vitamin b12 meds and had gebapentin they don't work. I don't know what to do. I did sugar test it came negative I don't have diabetes

I had Epigastric Pain radiating to back and constipation for nearly 2 years. I have done Laparoscopic Surgery in December 2024 for release of Celiac Artery Compression in the Epigastric region. I didn't have any pain for 1 month. But after 1 month of surgery, I again started feeling the same severe continuous pain in the Epigastric region and the pain is radiating to the back. The pain becomes severe in back sleeping position. Also again having irregular bowel movements after arrival of this pain. CT scan and Endoscopy taken in February 2025 shows everything is normal. What may be the reason for this pain? Is there possibility of Nerve Damage in the Epigastric Region? Is there any test to find out Nerve Damage?

Namasthe sir/ madam, I am suffering from severe back pain since 3 weeks. Since last week after playing cricket, my pain got worsen on my buttocks and became very difficult to perform daily activities. In addition to that I feel weakness and numbness in right leg toe .. some times pins and needles in left toe. Kindly help me with the problem and pls explain me the reason for my weakness in leg and pins and needles in another leg. Will I be normal again ??!!?? I'm very much tensed regarding the issue. I went to mri ls spine but can't be in that scan machine because of that sounds and vibrations.

Hi, I am experiencing mild burning in my feet for the past three weeks. My sugar levels are normal(Fasting-99)(hba1c- 5.6) , Vitamin B12 is in the normal range.  I have only Vitamin D deficiency (24) and my Cholesterol level is a little high(240). The doctor advised me to be on a low cholesterol diet and recheck the levels in three months.   LFT and KFT everything seems to be normal. I am living in US right now, what should I do next. Any help is really appreciated.

Hello doc, I had numbness in hands and feet so went to doctor he has given b12 injection and multivitamin tablets but after few days my numbness and sleeplessness whole night and nightmares and cannot able to sleep in day also and it still persists since 2 days and palms getting sweaty. Taking grozeta gold multivitamin multi mineral lycopene tab. Why I am feeling this weird sensation, very tensed could not able to focus on anything
