Care AI Shimmer
Thank you for sharing your symptoms in detail. I understand how distressing this has been for you. The combination of constant dizziness, headaches, blurry vision, memory issues, weakness, anxiety, and sleep problems suggests that this could be due to one or more underlying conditions — possibly neurological (like vestibular migraine, chronic vestibulopathy), psychiatric (like anxiety or depression), nutritional deficiencies (like Vitamin B12 or iron), or even something systemic.
Next Steps
To evaluate this properly, I recommend: 1. Neurological examination to rule out brain or nerve-related causes. 2. Blood tests – CBC, B12, Vitamin D, thyroid profile, blood sugar. 3. MRI brain or CT scan (if needed) to rule out any structural issues. 4. ENT evaluation if vertigo or balance issues are prominent. 5. Psychiatric evaluation if anxiety or insomnia is severe.
Health Tips
It’s important to not ignore these symptoms any longer. Please visit a hospital or clinic soon so we can start a full workup and help you feel better.
