36 week pregnant, symptoms like Bell's p

My wife is 36 weeks 1 day pregnant. 3 days before she had pain and redness in left eye. There was mild pain travelling from eye to ear to brain. There is no pain now , but the left side face seems to have swollen and dropped. The ete lid seems to have dropped a bit. The left eye takes time to get closed. While drinking it spitting it's difficult. Cannot hold more fluid in mouth. We are very concerned about this sudden development. Please advise. With 36 week pregnant, it may be difficult to search and visit doctors. Please advise what should we do. Our first baby aged 22 months was delivered via c section.
